Fantastic experience: Gym was amazing, had everything I needed to smash out a good workout, amazing floor plan and although me and the boys only had a week here, defs enjoyed working out here. Great atmosphere and would 100% come back next time we come to town

Fantastic experience: Trained at the gym for the 5 years I was in Dalby. The trainers and owners are good people and enjoy doing their classes. For a gym with a small floor area, they make good use of the space. It has all of the equipment that you will need to achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Very happy and positive environment at physical fix, the staff are friendly and always happy to help. The toilets and showers are always kept spotless, aswell as the gym equipment itself. They also have a wide range of supplements available, as-well as a vending machine for after hours.

Super fun classes that always have something new and different so never get boring, amazing PTs who all know their stuff and a great gym with plenty of equipment that is constantly being updated with current machines and weights plus a creche for.the littlies. Gym is always clean and the staff are all super friendly and great at making delicious smoothies . Fantastic experience: Physical fix is an amazing gym and a great place to workout. Great staff who are accommodating to all fitness levels and members who are fun and energetic and very welcoming.

Negative experience: Poor quality of equipment, floors are uneven- it can be dangerous when you squat or deadlift etc.

Fantastic experience: A great gym and community. Amazing line up of equipment to use and 24 hour access. Group classes or individual PT if you wish. The trainers are fantastic. The best thing i enjoy is the community. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and social. Do yourself a favour, drop in and test what fun can be had at a gym. You don’t have to just lift weights, there are many options to improve your health no matter what age.
