F45 Padstow

Fantastic experience: It’s a fun family affair at the padstow f45. I’ve had the pleasure of training through two pregnancies with the wonderful help guidance and support of the trainers to continuing after birth with having the crèche facilities available there also there really is no excuses. Now with the husband on board and the teens who come along it really is a family affair. The support of the trainers and the vibe that f45 padstow portrays is one big family feel. Everyone is welcomed with opened arms and supported every step of the way and you become part of the fam right from when you step that first foot through the door.

I love how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I also love the environment at the gym, it is very family orientated and everyone is so supportive. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 padstow a year ago and I have had such an amazing experience here. Nate the studio manager has assisted me with correcting my form, allowing myself to lift heavier and safer. Nate has also explained the pros of nutrition and has taught me about macros, assisting in muscle growth. Nate along with all the F45 padstow staff, always welcome their members with great music and dance moves! F45 padstow does not compare to any other gym, fun, variety and results wise!

Fantastic experience: Been training here 3-5 times a week for over 4 years. The workouts are different everyday, which keeps it interesting & challenging. The studio is clean & organised, and the trainers are knowledgeable & supportive.

Negative experience: Had up to $500 worth of charges direct debited out of my account after numerous requests to stop and pause my membership. Their head office provides no support and the franchisee has refused to acknowledge the unauthorised charges and has lost 2 customers for no good reason. Stay away

Positive experience: Does anyone know how to get in touch with F45 padstow? Cannot get through the mobile phone listed, and have had no response via email. This is getting very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I used to see working out as a chore, but F45 is actually really fun and the session always goes super quick. Not to mention how encouraging everyone is there, plus the trainers are great. It's hard work but it's definitely worth the pain!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in Nov 2016, since joining I've lost over 13kgs, it was really hard at first but I've gotten so much stronger and fitter. The trainers and culture of the gym are great, really friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!
