Positive experience: Nice staffs & clean place. But there are only 2x Incline benches, it's definitely lack of it. So always chaos to wait and occupy them. The gyms definitely needs more Incline benches. If this issue is sloved, the gym can become 5stars.

Positive experience: Been going here since they opened, great and convenient location for me, never crazy busy so there’s always equipment and space to do your workouts, chill vibes and good music. Some issues is the hygiene and cleanliness of the gym: I don’t feel like the staff are really doing much cleaning or maintenance at all for the gym. There was this red head lady that used to work there in her late 30s-early 40s who I really liked, she actually made the staff do their job and the gym was so clean and stocked up when she was around, she also kept the high school kids who came to the gym in line too. She’s not there anymore, so the gym has gone back to its old habits (not as bad as it was when they first opened though). The hygiene is a bit concerning from the people who go to the gym, most don’t use towels and they don’t wipe their equipment down after using it. Also, the people who use the toilet I swear don’t know how to clean up after themselves and are nasty. I’ve gone to use the toilet and sometimes there is inside that hasn’t been flushed or cleaned inside of the toilet, and pee that hasn’t been flushed and is on the toilet seat too. I also feel the bathroom facilities need to be improved, the shower should have a wall or glass to prevent water from getting everywhere on the floor, sink and toilet; I feel like they should also stock shampoo for people who want to wash their hair after the gym and put anti slip mats as the staff don’t really clean the bathroom very often and to prevent people falling from the wet surfaces. Overall, I do enjoy going here because of the points I made above, but the experience can be greatly improved if the staff actually enforced members of the gym to follow rules of hygiene and cleanliness of the gym, and if they hire cleaners to come in daily if they don’t want to clean the gym themselves

Negative experience: This gym has so many issues, where to start. Maintenance of the venue is so poor - I have attached pictures of the broken ceiling - one damage is probably due to water leakage - and nothing it being repaired. The ceiling blocks break and then are open and broken for weeks and months, as nobody repairs it. I also injured my finger once as there was a sharp metal piece at the end of a barbell. Temperature comfort - somebody thought it’s a good idea to place cardio equipment on the same level where also stretching area is. This is a very poor decision, as half of the floor requires cooling down, and the other half would ideally be heated. Yet the gym only keeps the aircon on 20°C and they have placed plastic box with a lock on the aircon control. This dramatically increases the risk of injury in the stretch area as the muscles should be relaxed and warm for stretching. I also agree with someone who previously commented on the penalty fee they will charge you if there is even one day delay with payment - this is not clearly communicated when signing the contract. They also don’t let you know that if there is public holiday on the day when you should pay for your membership, they will try to deduct the payment the day before. You didn’t know and didn’t have enough money? Too bad, penalty payment. Lastly, I decided to quit this gym due to the fact that as a woman, I really didn’t feel safe at times in this gym. Sorry I do not want to publicly elaborate further on this, but if you’re a woman, think twice or three times before signing up to this particular gym.

Negative experience: Do you clean the bathrooms?

Negative experience: Dirty bathrooms, poorly maintained equipment. They make one attempt at a payment the day before your new fortnight starts, if it fails, even if you have sufficient funds on the same day, they charge an $11 penalty, but don't highlight anywhere that they've done this. When I complained to them after the third time this happened (when I'd double and triple checked the money in my account), they blocked my membership and banned me from their filthy, disease-ridden gym. Probably just as well, I can get clean air. Obviously they were very upset I'd caught onto their illegal same day fine charge.

Fantastic experience: Late night gym goer, this place makes it so easy to come in and get a workout done. Lots of space for all workouts and the second level cardio room is elite. Loads of room, and has a good range of machines up there. Weights level is also really solid, spaced apart nicely. Never feel like your working out on top of anyone else. Good selection of free weights and machines. Enjoy coming here heaps as it's where I started my fitness journey. I don't see staff when I'm there (2am ish) but it's always clean, well maintained and you can tell they care a lot

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and clean atmosphere and the coach and internal manager are very caring and supportive and available

Negative experience: Good equipment and not too busy. BUT they play their music way too loud. I could hear Justin Bieber over my full blast techno in my headphones. Very disappointing as there are no volume controls or staff during staffed hours to help me. I have sound sensitivity and this gym is NOT accessible for those who share my sensitivity. If this issue is not resolved I will look into a new gym :/

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! The facilities are always clean and well-equipped, but the standout is the staff, especially Manager Mayer. He’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. His positive energy makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Fairly good, could use some new rope attachments as they're super freyed & have been for a long time. Tiles in all bathrooms are visibly dirty, & really dirty in the grout, quite gross. No one puts back weights or uses a towel, no enforcement on both. Is a quiet enough gym to always get a workout in :)

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic. It's pretty much always quiet, equipment is brand new and I love how the cardio area is separate upstairs. The only thing I wish they had was a dedicated spot for bench press, as you currently have to bench in the squat racks which is not ideal.

Positive experience: I’ve been to quite a few plus fitnesses and this is by far the best one. The space and amount of equipment is amazing. I love having seperate areas of cardio and weights and full floor space for core workouts. The one thing I would change, the music is SO loud it’s difficult to hear my own music in my headphones.

Fantastic experience: I had to move from Sydney for regional work and I miss this gym so much <3 currently sitting in my new gym dreaming about Plus Fitness Glebe <3 The gains and the focus was real, thanks for helping me fall in love with the gym again <3

Negative experience: Well I never ever complain on these reviews, but I'm totally disappointed with the fitness plus glebe facility. Every gym I have ever trained insists a towel is mandatory to utilise during training. Yet this establishment just doesn't seem to care that some members do the right thing. Where others just ignore this requirement. I for one am fed up with staff just not doing their job. It's unhygienic and disgusting allowing ppl to train and sweat all over the benches.

Positive experience: Gym is pretty good with new equipment. Not really ever that busy so can always get a workout in. Unfortunately people are never using towels and never wipe down equipment. This should be enforced not overlooked.

Negative experience: Good location, price and equipment. However, the cleanliness of thw gym is quite alarming. The bathrooms are always dirty and the equipment also never looks like they get wiped down. Its mostly the bathrooms that are quite dirty all the time and looks like it rarely gets cleaned considering the amount of people that use them daily. If this issue was fixed, the gym would be perfect.

Positive experience: New gym and less people, so I changed from anytime to here. However the aircon is tooooooo colddddddd, people come to gym to sweat and lose weight. Save energy and money !
