Fantastic experience: My experience at this physiotherapy practice deserves it's FIVE STAR RATING! First of all, I would like to acknowledge Vivian the receptionist! She is so calming, and friendly to not only have a chat to but to also organise appointments. The place sends you upcoming reminders about your appointments which is definitely handy and helpful! My physio sessions were on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! I was being treated for my lower back injury from work. I was under the care of a truly talented, professional, knowledgeable and friendly physiotherapist none other than Victor Lo. Some examples of the way in which he would go above and beyond for patients: - Calms your anxiety around the condition: mine being lower back spasms - Treats and explains everything and what is happening in very good detail but easy to understand and follow along! - Amazingly handles WorkCover and gives my GP regular updates - Treats your condition but also helps you strengthen the area: he performed soft tissue work to loosen those muscles but gave me strengthening exercises for my back. - Has a whole plan already set up for you by booking you in for future appointments and tells you what the next session entails! I can definitely say that 3 months ago to where I am today, the mobility and body function I have in back is certainly life changing! Thank you to Infinity Allied Healthcare Team for taking me under your wing!

Firstly, Vivian in administration is so friendly and efficient, and she did her best to fit me in despite the last minute request. Secondly, Priyanka's treatment was targeted and impactful. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and diagnostics, professional and targeted thinking. Stephen identified the cause of my back and glute pain due to repetitive strain. He was able to relieve the pain in one session along with guidance on exercises to prevent a reoccurrence.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Steven - he is one of the best physios I've ever been to. His approach and treatment plan helps me immensely. I had severe tension in my neck and upper back along with a few other spots, collectively causing cervicogenic headaches that had me popping pills to get through daily activities over 4 months. I had given up on physio until I was encouraged to see Steven. Within weeks of treatment my headaches decreased substantially and to a degree where I stopped taking painkillers. I still get headaches 1-2 times a month but I'm confident that with continued treatment this will improve further.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended physio treatment from my regular therapist. The tendonitis physio exercises and treatment from Blake are practical and targetted. Definitely seeing improvement. The front desk receptionist is also professional and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment by Steven Quach for 1 year now for extreme shoulder and neck pain. With his treatment and the exercises he recommended I have 80% use back and the pain is now 3 out of 10 compared to 10 out of 10. Fantastic experience: Great physiotherapy clinic! Very professional and hands on! My back feels much better after the treatment. I would recommend this practice to everyone that needs help with their pain. The therapists are also very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Care and attention to detail at Infinity are unmatched. I was initially sceptical about physio having had some duds in the past. I've been seeing Stephen for various injuries and issues and every time he has been able to relieve my pain, increase mobility and give me effective follow up exercises and stretches. They are a young, passionate and innovative team who work together for better care and results for their patients. They genuinely care about the welfare and welbeing of their patients and this shows every time. I highy recommend if you're having pain or any mobility issues, make an appointment. They really do help!

Fantastic experience: This is a really great allied health practice. The physios are excellent. They are knowledgeable and friendly and very considerate of comfort. They have treated my busted ankle and my neck and back pain. I used to get the most excruciating headaches but thanks to the physios the pain is so much better and I hardly ever use paracetamol any more. Go and see the team. You won't regret it!! =)
