You are asked if you would like to take a seat whilst waiting to be seen by whom you have been booked for. Also the reminder that you get via SMS always helps you to let you know on what day you need to come in

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, can not recommend enough. Just two visits and I feel relief. Tahlia has done a program designed specifically for me, and it’s great because it’s through an app and the videos are so helpful when doing the excercises and stretchers.
