Fantastic experience: I'll admit, at first I wasn't so sure.. I was out of my element, but I've since met with Kazzi, one of the trainers at Snap Fitness Highfields and she has given me a totally new outlook. I really enjoy going now. The atmosphere is great. Plenty of equipment. And the staff are really helpful. I highly recommend getting a workout plan from one of the trainers. They know their stuff and are there to support and help you reach your goals. Thanks Kaz, you're a Gem!

Fantastic experience: Good quality gym with plenty of equipment, machines and friendly staff.

Positive experience: Nice little gym, prices are kinda like any other gym but they have really good deals. Staff are ok, sometimes you won’t even get a “see ya later” but not a deal breaker. Only thing that is annoying is after staffing hours when the teenagers will come in and let their friends in (goes against the rules of the gym) but I have noticed they’re putting up signs. I think the only way they’d be able to fix this would be to monitor who is coming in, and refer to the 24/7 cameras. Because it’s really annoying to other gym goers when you have like 4 teenagers around one machine and don’t have proper gym etiquette. Also the no towel no training is great but same problem, if teenagers are coming in outside staffing hours tdgaf. But over all, you’re not annoyed by constant staff or PTs asking how you are, or wanting to sign you up for training. The equipment is good and there’s a good space, plus the upstairs area is nice with some extra stuff.

Negative experience: Have been trying organise payment via calling the number on Google and nobody has answered for the last week so I have been unable to get in. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym, have all the equipment you could need and is always clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and the vibe is always positive in there. Its my favourite thing about my day!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few years now and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, very helpful and greet you as you walk in the door. The 24 hour access is great. To me it feels a comfortable place to be and I am no gym junkie.
