Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Merrylands 2 months ago because, as a new father, I needed a way to exercise efficiently in order to stay consistent… and it has changed my life! The trainers are amazing - always motivating and supportive, ensuring everyone feels welcome. The workouts are challenging and varied, so I never get bored and the facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love working out at F45 Merrylands! The owners Simon and Rima are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The trainers are amazing—always encouraging, motivating, and knowledgeable, which really helps to push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. The sense of community here is fantastic; everyone is so supportive, and it feels like you're working out with friends rather than just people at the gym. After a tough session, it's great to relax at the little cafe they have on-site. Grabbing a protein shake and chatting with other members is the perfect way to wind down. Fantastic experience: F45 Merrylands, a welcomed second home to many! If you're wanting to kick start your fitness journey and don't know where to start and you're feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend you try this place. No need to stress about putting a workout together or getting the equipment because they do it all for you. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, sweat towel and your enthusiasm. The trainers are friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. Members with various fitness levels (so don't feel out of place). The owners have truly created a special space here and the many friendships built and lives transformed is a testament. Highly recommend you can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at F45 since 2017. People say you usually need to leave F45 to venture to an other gym place after 2 years Max.. however even though I did try other places I only felt to come back to where the heart felt right ❤️ reasons why: the extra pushes from the coaches, the motivation, the family environment, the happy place feel, the “get in hard work out” in 45 min, and the extra love we ALL GIVE to one another. The support during your ups and downs is MASSIVE. Lastly Mental support is with you regardless. I love you guys from my heart to yours xxxx

Fantastic experience: Here’s my take on why F45 works and F45 Merrylands has helped me in my fitness journey: it’s structured! Your workouts are there on the screens for you to follow. I wouldn’t know where to start or what to do as a first time gym visit. The trainers are genuinely dedicated to providing guidance, support, encouragement & motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. The studio is clean & welcoming. Fantastic experience: I really like Merrylands F45. I like it mainly because there is a midday class where it makes it easier for me to attend. Also, I find this gym to be one of my favourite gyms to date because it’s a place where I come to work out and the trainers push me to beyond my limits so I get the best results. Last but not least I like how fun the trainers make the sessions so I don’t only get fitter but have fun while doing it. Highly recommend gym.

Fantastic experience: Best gym, best staff and awesome environment. I've been a member here for 7 months, I've lost weight (fat) and gained muscle weight in the process. The staff are incredible, get ready to be pushed to the limit. It's much like a family environment I highly recommend it.
