Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 6 stars I would!! The people, the workouts and of course Winnie have made this gym the only one I’ve gone to consistently. All the coaches are literally your personal cheerleaders and it feels like they genuinely want to see you smash your goals Absolutely love the Fitstop Lutty crew ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: Such a joyful environment! The members and coaches are exceptional. I can't stress enough how much I recommend this place. Not only does it enhance your physical health, but it also promotes mental well-being. Abbey, Matt, and Shell are phenomenal coaches who provide incredible support in achieving your goals. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fitstop for 10 months now. I was once a bit sceptical of the ‘gym’ scene and the stereotypes that come with a gym and their members. But, Fitstop at Lutwyche totally smashed my scepticism to bits, and all within days of joining there. The coaches ‘get you’ and understand your goals - and encourage you with a perfect balance of knowledge and fun along the way. The members form a community and you’re welcomed instantly. You can enjoy team workouts just as much as individual fitness. Every day is different – every exercise is different. And there is a Fitstop App which tracks your times and weights and performances so setting your goals and achieving them has never been easier. Without sounding corny, Fitstop at Lutwyche has changed my life, and my perception on gyms and fitness. You’ve made me a better person for it ! Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Lutwyche is a great place for people of all exercise experience and goals to participate and become part of an amazing community. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I have been pregnant with this bad review for 9 months, but today on the 4th of February 2022, I give birth. When doing a 3 week trial, the trainers did not welcome us or demonstrate the activities when asked. The owner also cancelled our trial 2 weeks in and re-charged an extra $100 out of our accounts. When addressing this, he kept on confusing me to my housemate who he also cancelled their trial. Now my baby is 1 minute old and I have baptized them to remove any sins of this pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym. I've been a member of Fitness First, F45 etc. but I've never been pushed as hard to hit my goals than I have been at Fitstop. The team of trainers are second to none and make a huge difference to my motivation and self belief - the fact they all train alongside you on their days off says it all. It's not a gym for the faint hearted, but that's what makes it the best!!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop is easily the best group-based training on the market. The workouts are non-repetitive and the movements/exercises incorporate what you might do at a standard gym as oppose to non-conventional, injury-prone movements. Every workout is challenging, in the best possible way. The trainers at Windsor show great enthusiasm and knowledge. They’ve created a top notch, inviting atmosphere. There is ample parking and the gym itself is well spaced, with good facilities (showers, toilets, kids corner etc.). So happy I joined Fitstop Windsor.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Fitstop for 3 years and can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The trainers are full of energy, have so much expertise and are welcoming to everyone. Plus the amenities are great, and always clean. I couldn't say a bad word about Fitstop Windsor (except for maybe the post session finishers...)

Fantastic experience: When I walk into Fitstop Windsor, I feel like I’ve walked into my happy place; my happy place has colourful weight plates that are always perfectly stacked and trainers who encourage kindly and (may be the funniest people at Brisbane Comedy Festival). I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get shredded!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Fitstop Windsor. The trainers are incredible, the community is so supportive, and the facilities are top of the range! Josh, Shell, Abby and Rhi are so welcoming and make you feel a part of a big, happy, healthy family. The gym is so clean, accessible, and never a dull moment. I've never raved about a gym so much in my life! Definitely recommend Fitstop Windsor to anyone who's looking to change up their fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: Nearly 2 years ago I joined the Fitstop Windsor team and can honestly say that Rhi, Josh, Abs and Shel make you feel like a part of their family and motivate you to the next level which is great, the fact that I am not a whippet when it comes to the cardio sessions makes it more motivating as I try to keep up with the younger generation which is a challenge of course but also rewarding when you kick their but lol. I train at the 5am class daily and the banter and encouragement you receive from the group really makes you strive to succeed so if you are looking for a great gym to train at have fun, kick some goals and want to feel part of a family then Fitstop Windsor is the place for you . Fantastic experience: These coaches love what they do & are beyond inspiring.!! They're happy to help you set goals & actually achieve them. Great space with a great community. Lots of class times to choose from. I work split shifts so the 9:15am class suits me. Been training here for over a year now & the classes are still challenging, fun, never repetitive & full of variety.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely spewing I didn't join earlier. The trainers at Fitstop Windsor put their heart and soul into helping you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. The gym facilities are clean and spacious, in addition to modern bathrooms - and even a crèche! As an absolute bonus: the gym community is incredibly inclusive and supportive.

Fantastic experience: This gym has me absolutely hooked! The trainers are so personable and encouraging and put in 100% each session to make everyone feel welcome. I love the variety Fitstop offers, in terms of raising my heart rate to the danger zone in a Fit sesh, or slowing it down to move some big girl weights with a Functional sesh. I would definitely recommend joining this fit fam!

Fantastic experience: I signed up to fitstop through the boxing day promotion and my goodness I never would have thought I'd love training as much as I do now! Over the past three weeks I have achieved fitness goals I never thought I could achieve. This comes down to Abbey, Shell and Josh with their motivational, kind and understanding attitudes they have. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend Fitstop Windsor anymore! Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Fitstop Windsor highly enough. The facility is awesome and the trainers really go above and beyond for their members. Have been training here for 2 years and have no intention of leaving! The workouts are always pre organised and so varied which I love. Never boring and always a good vibe! :))

Fantastic experience: I was never an active person until I joined Fitstop Windsor. That was 3 years ago and the transformation has been incredible. I now workout every day and absolutely love it. I’ve lost 10kg through various challenges and made great friends. The trainers have a positive impact on everyone around them. The ‘high’ I am on walking out the doors at the end of every session is priceless. If you want to improve your physical and/or mental wellness - don’t go anywhere else.

Sessions always have a great atmosphere and the workouts vary daily so you are guaranteed a challenge! Great location with lots of parking! Perfect for all fitness levels.
