Fantastic experience: I recently signed up to F45 Belconnen and it’s been one of the best life decisions I have ever made. I am addicted! The staff are so welcoming and so helpful, ensuring you push yourself and challenge yourself while you are there. For the first time, I am excited to exercise! I feel better and better each week, both physically and mentally. Thanks to Nidhal and the team, keep up the awesome work.

Fantastic experience: F45 Belconnen is the bomb! I only joined about a month ago and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done when it comes to fitness. Every class is different which means I won’t be getting bored anytime soon. The trainers are always there to help with your form and push you a little harder. I would highly recommend f45 to anyone wanting to try something different or even just wanting to start there fitness journey now.

Trainers are very friendly and always checking in to see if you need anything or helping you to achieve your best possible goals! Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Belconnen are fantastic. My partner and I felt welcome from day 1. The trainers work with us to adapt exercises due to old injuries and I’m feeling stronger and happier for it! Killer playlist and great vibe also help keeping the motivation up. Can’t recommend the gym and trainers enough!

Fantastic experience: Always looking forward going to the gym. Classes changes every week and making it so much fun not boring at all. They always keep classes interesting with using different exercises and techniques. All the Trainers are awesome and amazing. They always show proper way to do exercises so you don't hurt yourself. They do not force you to lift heavier weights or pressure you into doing something that you don't feel comfortable. They care more about your well-being and safety during the session. Good communication from management and staff. Always have that feeling of belong in this gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, love training here. The trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and try to get the best out of you each session. Importantly everyone is super nice and you won’t feel intimidated giving it a try.
