Fantastic experience: Great workout

Fantastic experience: Solid rumble offering, good management. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Make sure you don’t provide your card details after the first free class—I lost $106 for two months. I clearly informed them i will let them know if interested as i was going for Christmas vocation and ket you know if i am interested in 2nd week of January, they politely asked my card details and started membership without my consent, i came to know they will be taking the payments, so enquired the reason why they started membership, they said, it was a communication error and we will cancel the membership, the main landmine is : if someone cancel the membership, they will charge the next 3 weeks anyway. The receptionist agreed his mistake and said, they will only charge 2 weeks and no further charging. I was like: why did you started membership in the first place. Also the agreement is not signed by me. The complaint made no impact. The owner refused to refund my money, and even after approaching Fair Trade, I had no luck. I don’t care about $100, but I hate the disrespect and the way they deceived a customer. They manipulated OFT with a formal email stating that they couldn’t issue a refund. I hope this place gets shut down ASAP, as I believe every action has consequences. Answer to their respond: i never give any consent or signed anywhere , just my card details. I am not aware that is the way to provide consent

Fantastic experience: Rumble West End is great studio. The community and the people are very welcoming and the facility is amazing. It has everything you need and the group classes are unreal. :)

Fantastic experience: Went out with the team for a team building event. Had an amazing leg work out. Super clean gym with plenty of equipment also super friendly staff!

Negative experience: The worst gym experience i've ever come across. Manager doesn't abide to the signed contract terms of membership, and charged me $250 without consent. The level of customer service was disgusting - rude, unhelpful and totally ignorant. Elevated my issue to Head Office and got ignored from every avenue I tried. Highly recommend staying away if you want to avoid rude customer service and thieves. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend of 8 years suddenly passed away in July 2023 and Rumble Boxing has been a crucial part of my grieving process. Not only am I guaranteed a good workout everytime but it's also great on the days I need to punch out some feelings. I love the fusion of boxing, cardio and strength training and the trainers and staff are very friendly and helpful! Rumble has become usual activity in my week and I highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Finally the London workout vibe has come to Brisbane! A great workout to pumping music in a club setting. And the boxing element brings out the FIERCE in me and I always feel Like a badass after wards. Rumble has reminded me how much a love fun fitness with a vibe.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t think I would like boxing and the price has always been a bit off-putting but a friend dragged me along and holy moly…. I had the best time! We had Emma running our class and she was so inspiring. She kept us laughing and smiling and I’ve never felt so welcome. I woke up the next day pretty sore which is a good thing! If I’m going to pay money for a class, I want to know that it did something! I spoke to my sister and she’s keen to join but if you can, look for classes run my Emma!!!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Rumble. The staff, the atmosphere, the knowledge and the playlist are TOP TIER. I’ve moved around to a few group fitness classes in my time and this bar is the most effective for cardio and core strength. These guys have quickly become my second family!

Fantastic experience: Rumble West End has the best vibes! There's such a good community feel - The trainers are so friendly and supportive, and they encourage everyone to go at their own pace. The classes work you hard but the way they're split up into different, short rounds makes it a really fun work out - I'm always looking forward to my next Rumble session (and the cold towels afterwards)! In the time been coming to Rumble I've noticed such a difference in my fitness and strength. I'm so glad I've found Rumble and I can't recommend it enough!!

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere at Rumble in West End. High intensity boxing classes mixed with cardio, in a neon light lit space and great music perfect for first timers and pro’s. They provide boxing gloves and cool wet towels after the classes. Also, dogs are welcome in the reception area.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love going to my classes at Rumble West End! The trainers and staff are amazing, patient and totally supportive. Great facilities, everything is spotlessly clean and the thoughtful extras in the bathrooms are an added bonus. From the first day I entered the reception area and asked Emma a million questions (which she patiently answered for me) I’ve always felt welcome. Jess, Emma, Rachel and Matty are a credit to Rumble - they’ve helped a complete boxing and HIIT beginner feel confident about coming to sessions each week and always encourage all of us in every class and are totally approachable if you need questions answered or a move explained in more detail. It’s simple to find and parking is pretty easy as well, if you are thinking about starting at Rumble I’d definitely recommend it - it’s a 10 from me!
