Fantastic experience: Hands down the best atmosphere of any local gym in the area. The staff genuinely care about their members almost to a point where they treat you like family. Having been a member at genesis for 5 years I'm glad I made the switch. The staffed creche is great, the kids love coming to the gym with us and the girls are all great with them. My wife regularly does the classes which are all included in your membership and she loves them. If you want a friendly gym where the staff openly help and support you definitely check them out.

Positive experience: Went in to have a look as an ex member I tried reactivating my account as it was a different gym, the staff made it clear I'd be hit with another joining fee, the place was setup good except the punching bag was too close to the wall and if you like to kick and punch a bag this is not a good place for that. Since being told I'd be hit with another joining fee I just went to rebel and bought a full size bag to hang up while I wait for my set up to come. $200 and no additional costs since I need an outlet seemed the more logical choice for me. It was also very male dominated gym. No woman apart from staff.

Fantastic experience: Family run gym with a focus on knowing and helping their customers. Lots of extra benefits too like program cards written by the staff specifically to help you reach your goals and a variety of classes run daily. Ive been training there for over 10 years now and l wouldnt even consider changing gyms. Keep up the good work Team Total!
