Fantastic experience: My Zap Gym is not for you, it’s for me, the best thing I enjoy about Zap Rowville is that the Gym is not crammed packed with people. You can get through your workout in great time, the equipment may not cover the latest, but it covers all that I need to keep fit. So don’t come here and overfill the Gym….. only joking, please feel free to come and make Gym buddies, it’s a great place…..

Negative experience: My husband is a memeber and has had a Very poor customer experience. The customer care is very unresponsive- he posted a review and they called to schedule another call which was never made. I was planning to join them but will stay away

Negative experience: Poor customer service. They don’t call back quick enough and respond without even hearing and attempting to understand

Positive experience: Decent gym, cheapest around, though their cleaners are really bad, they never seem to clean the toilets or change rooms (avoid using the men's urinal it always reaks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.) Equipment is kinda old, but is mostly functional, and most of the gym bros at the gym are friendly and give good advice.

Positive experience: Is a mid-size 24/7 gym but, very busy on Mondays after 5 pm. Otherwise is an excellent gym and very close to home for me.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership at March 2020 before the Victorian Lock down. To this date, they have not actioned my request and even charged me during that brief week that gyms reopened!!!

Fantastic experience: Always love coming to the rowville zap fitness. Staff is a legend and takes time out of their day to look after u. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape

Negative experience: Originally emailed in relation to restrictions imposed to which my email was responded, since then I've not been able to access the gym (not my choice) yet they keep charging a weekly fee, I called to get this stopped and was told someone would call me back, still waiting for over a week now. Would not recommend this gym due to the poor service.
Negative experience: Worst communication, Always call and rings out Got sent a txt saying they are stopping 247 and extending ours with no notice I hope they don't charge me if I am no able to go as a result They should pay staff to work the counter from 6 till 9 as per other standard gyms if they don't offer 247. Not happy and will be looking at alternative options potentially if a resolution isn't come to.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would. I had a terrible experience the staff was rude, no assistance whatsoever, I asked for a scale like 10 times and they refused to provide one, on top of this they are still charging me despite the fact that my membership ended one month ago, I have tried emailing and calling for them to stop and they won't. I am livid Do not go here

Negative experience: I have had nothing but a bad experience with this gym. Start of my membership couldn’t get a pt to call me to get a appointment. Try and cancel membership after 12 months as per contract on the 20th of December and still waiting. Taken 2 more payments and still waiting.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and presentable. Plenty of parking options, I prefer to go when it’s not too busy so usually after 8:30pm you have some sections all to yourself.

Positive experience: A gym with all the essentials for a good workout. Facilities aren't fancy but for what you pay for membership fees, it's good value.

Negative experience: I was excited to join this gym but after being to rowville gym I feel like it may not work for me. One there aren't any fans. Once ur body warms up the air con cant be even felt. Moreover the receptionist talks so loudly and on a personal call 24/7. It's so annoying at times. I tried ignoring but every weekday is just too much. Hope they improve on customer satisfaction, their services towards customers exercising n support them
