Negative experience: I was told to come in to collect my for and then after travelling an hour to get there no staff are there and I call to find out they changed the roster even the I had a confirmation call and text message

Positive experience: Generally calm gym. Great equipment variety and quality. Cons include short staffing period and overall smell of old carpet.

Positive experience: A typical corporate 24-hour gym, if you are looking for just the basics then Zap is ok however if you need anything other then basic gym equipment then I wouldn’t suggest this gym.

Fantastic experience: Quite possibly the greatest hidden gem of Boutique Fitness Gyms in the Area. Zap Fitness offers a great range of equipment, very friendly staff and Tailored programs. A great place to workout, unwind and relax. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Has all the same equipment as my previous Zap in Williamstown, just needs a hex-bar for deadlifts. The bonus is its so quiet. Never seen more than a dozen customers in there at any time. And the female staff all work hard wiping down surfaces, reracking weights etc.

Fantastic experience: This Zap Fitness is one of the better ones I've been to. The selection of machines is huuuge, and they're really well spaced apart and laid out. You never really feel too close to someone else when you're using a machine, and you almost never have to wait for a machine to free up. There is a heap of parking in the rear of the gym, which is handy. One thing that is weird is that the rubber on some of the machines' handles has started to get sticky, I think due to age. Might be time to replace those, as it's kind of gross!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Zap Blackburn! The facilities are easy to use, clean and always tidy. I throughly enjoy my time at this gym. The staff are professional, always helpful and friendly. Georgia is always so welcoming and looking out for members' needs. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely gym.. There are two points of entry that lead up into the main room that is filled with natural light and windows. I really enjoy the homely feeling this gym has to offer. The girl at the desk named Georgia was very helpful and has a knowledgable fitness background. All in All, this gym is exactly what I was looking for; quiet, potivie vibes, easy music and TVs, showers/bathrooms, equiptment is great, and more. Thanks

Positive experience: Has everything you need. Not crowded. Clean. Only 4 stars because I wish they played better music. Can't get my pump on if I'm there's someone whining about heartbreak lmao

Negative experience: Thieves that owe me money! When I signed up for membership I had to pay 2 weeks in advance and was told the money would be refunded upon notice to cancel membership.I gave notice as requested over 2 month ago yet no refund has been paid. My emails and phone calls have been ignored. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Save your Covid-19 excuses 'Zap Fitness'. I’ll be sure to let everyone know how you operate!

Positive experience: There are some positive and negative aspects of this gym. The equipment is free most of time so you don't need to line up for hours. The gym is super clean, showers are good and it's close to station. The negative side is that the gym is very quiet and sad. The music is very low so don't forget to bring your headphones. There are no fans and it does get very hot when you are working out. Also when you sign up, they charge you a month in advance + the pro rata rate. Even though it is a no lock in contract gym, you are still have to pay extra for a month which you might not even use at the end. Cheers Stay Fit

Positive experience: Pros: cheap, equipment is varied and in pretty good condition. Cons: pretty average music, some machines could use some regular servicing, rules on keeping the gym tidy and putting weights back is not at all enforced.
