Negative experience: ** UPDATE REFERRING TO RESPONSE FROM REVIEW ** We definitely did not work through any of the concerns we had when I had to pull the girls out at Christmas time 2022 due to the detrimental impact your actions had on my eldest daughter! This review has absolutely nothing to do with being automatically referred to the debt collectors once voicing our concerns and everything to do with how my girls were treated while attending Agda! The lack of interest the director/owner exhibited when we came in with our concerns about what was going on was appalling on Agda’s behalf! As mentioned my girls are now thriving in another environment after the extended period of time that it took to get their self esteem and confidence back up to where it should have been! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating! The owner/director is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met! I pulled both of my girls out of there because it effected their confidence and self esteem, they have since moved to another activity and are doing extremely well with the right guidance and support. I do not recommend sending your child here!

The structure they have in place is excellent, ensuring seamless progress through various skill levels. What truly sets them apart is the exceptional quality of teaching. With smaller class sizes, each child receives personalized attention and feedback during every lesson. Moreover, their systematic approach to celebrating gymnasts' achievements, such as the bell ring, fosters a sense of collective joy. All in all, it is a truly wonderful place..

Positive experience: Snapped both of my legs whilst doing a gymnastics routine. Coaches were no help AT ALL. Staff have completely lost it.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the program and how its run by the director / admin not recommended at all, there are a few others Gymnastic schools close enough to take the kids to. They don’t know the kids particular capacity and aptitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t keep my details. Feedback to consider: Using Negative Language. No Empathy. Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes

Fantastic experience: Great place for kids to learn gymnastics. The educators are very good with kids and provide a safe and fun environment for kids to learn and enjoy gymnastics.

Fantastic experience: We have been attending AGDA for roughly 6 months. When we saw how much our oldest daughter loves it we went ahead and enrolled our youngest who loves attending equally as much. So much in fact we were thrilled to find they host birthday parties! Easiest party ever for parents - no mess, very little to organise and the children had a blast! Easy going, friendly, down to earth staff took charge and all I had to do was socialise and watch! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Best decision for my daughter. She was falling behind in grade 4 failing school at end of the year. Now in grade 8 getting A and B's. Decipline and concentration is a big thing that ADGA gave her to move forward successfully as a teenager.

Fantastic experience: AGDA has given my children so many opportunities to grow and learn in a safe, fun and friendly environment: Both physically and mentally. Both of my children had benefited from what ADGA provides from the basic of muscle movement strength and coordination for my youngest ASD child, in environment that supported his grow. To my oldest child which has build up her strength and confidence to go into higher levels. The educators and staff Are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, awesome coaches feels like home . Love spending time with the agda family always improving and striving for excellence.

Negative experience: Disappointed in AGDA Program for boys. As most of our family/friends know. Both our boys were with AGDA for over a year. In December we were pressured into paying for the next years rego fee and term 1 classes. Only to arrive to class 1 term 1 to a cancelled class due to low numbers. We were offered a trial in next class up (extra hour) and a difficult time for us to get there in time, but we went with it, then pressured the next week to pay extra fee for extra hour even tho the original class is still not available. Absolutely no movement at all in helping us with this extra cost that we had not budgeted for, keeping in mind that some weeks we would not even be able to get to this new class time. After several emails and phone conversations later we have received the term fees back, but they are disgustingly holding the annual rego claiming that in their terms they have the discretion to change classes as they see fit. Tyson was very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: AGDA has great gymnastics programs for all skill levels, beginners to advanced, I’m very happy I came across their school. Kaz and her team are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them in the future to friends and family!
