Fantastic experience: l love going to the female gym at Fernwood Ascot Vale. The staff are super friendly and very supportive. Always a smile waiting for you at reception and a warm welcome, happy to assist. A shout out to Shay super supportive with Fit 30 strength classes & 8 week challenge and thank you to all the instructors. Guarantee to get you motivated & build strength & achieve individual fitness goals. The facilities are super clean & an underground car park with 24 hour access. Love it

Negative experience: Don't go, I don't recommend it at all because they rip you off, you can never talk to the person you need to talk to, if possible, fire Tania

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Fernwood Fitness from over two years! It’s such a wonderful and safe space♥️ It makes you feel right at home along with a great sense of belonging. The group classes are extremely well designed and curated all together that is absolutely fantastic! The FIT30 program that I started few months back has really changed my body in terms of fitness, strength and challenges you to push yourself even more. It has helped me achieve my fitness goals to a large extend. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Most importantly, Fernwood Ascot Vale has the most amazing set of instructors who are extremely motivating, friendly and really really helpful. They really help with in achieving your fitness goals

Fantastic experience: I love this club! It has the best energy and their staff are sooo helpful. Reformer Pilates has been amazing too, I’m getting the best results :) the instructors are super motivating and they always have times which suit my schedule!

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Ascot Vale is a welcoming and very friendly female gym. The management and staff are exceptional and are always willing to assist you with any enquiries or questions. The group fitness classes are always varied and you have a wide choice to choose from. The gym is clean and organised and the equipment is always maintained to a high standard. I love coming to the gym to exercise and also to have a coffee and a chat with my friends. I highly recommend Fernwood Ascot Vale.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful gym with fabulous facilities equipment and even free breakfast! My favourite is the reformer classes. The teachers are so experienced and I have noticed the difference in my hips and back in just 4 weeks. Thanks Mary and team for beong so supportive ❤️

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Fernwood Ascot Vale, as well as all the Fernwood gyms! The membership options are fantastic, and I truly appreciate the flexibility of being able to visit any Fernwood gym when needed. After having my first child, I struggled with confidence about returning to the gym. However, Ascot Vale immediately felt like a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had made the right choice. It's been two months since I joined, and I couldn't be happier. I now have the convenience of getting a workout in either near my workplace or my home, thanks to the great membership offer that allows access to any Fernwood location. I also love the variety of classes and facilities available at Ascot Vale—everything from the showers and sauna to the Pilates and relaxation room. The little café is perfect for a break and socialising too! The gym is always impeccably clean, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, I’m so glad I made the decision to join Fernwood Ascot Vale. It’s made a huge difference in my fitness journey, and I’m excited to continue my progress!

Fantastic experience: Bec is the best pilates instructor I've ever met! Amazing atmosphere and environment.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym at all, worst customer service, no one talks to each other. Taking three months just trying to get an answer, was promised multiple times to get a call back and they never did and all they can say is they are under new management and can’t help me with my situation. The biggest waste of my time ever,

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always felt uncomfortable at mixed gyms, this feels like a safe space. The staff are always welcoming, trainers are always happy to help & answer questions. I love the Reformer Pilates classes and recommend them to everyone ☺️

Fantastic experience: This Facility is really best. Specially the new management takes care of all the services very considerably. I would totally recommend to check this place out for good vibes and having a good time while working out.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym at all. The new management is rude & know nothing about running a business. I wouldn’t support a gym that doesn’t respect their own people who are there to support them and run the classes. I as a loyal member would seek membership somewhere else. There are a few better gyms within the vicinity.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined fernwood a few months ago and I absolutely love the club! The staff and trainers are so lovely and the gym itself is incredible. Love being able to walk in this gym feeling confident and motivated to do a work out. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Offering monthly contacts which are not monthly - check your contract!

Negative experience: Dont join Fernwood! They have number of unfair practices built into their membership contract that benefits the company. I cancelled over two months ago and they are continuing to bill me and blaming me for cancellation correspondence they lost during Melbourne lockdown - and they have a debt collector emailing and texting me daily. Extremely upsetting and traumatic experience.

Negative experience: Managers and team members need to better communicate with each other in passing information on. Managers need to pick up the phone and talk to their clients and not hide behind a keyboard. Managers and individuals should leave their name at the end of their emails. Communication and professional service has been a big fail with my Fernwood experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love my Ferny girls at Ascot Vale! Made my experience such a good place to care and focus on myself in such a healthy and happy way!! Everyone (including members) are so helpful and caring! Love that I can just walk in after a long day and leave feeling refreshed and happy! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I started at Fernwood after the birth of my first child. I was hesitant in getting back into fitness but the ladies at Ascot Vale went above and beyond to support me in my journey back. The staff are all highly professional and accommodating and are quick to respond to any queries I've had. The facilities are fantastic, with a great range of classes with ranging times that suits this busy mum a good quality equipment to accommodate for any need. I could not fault Fernwood. I had never felt comfortable and supported in a gym before until i walked through Fernwod's doors!

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this place! Felt so comfortable with the trainers they have. Can't beat 24/7 access and some well deserved "me time" away from my little ones! Deffiently looking forward to reformer Pilates!
