Fantastic experience: Small set up but has all the essentials. Members are responsible and give the equipment a good wipe down after their workout. Sophia is also lovely and is always happy to help. Floor space and bathrooms are kept clean.

Fantastic experience: The App stopped allowing me to enter. The manager, Numkah, got in touch with Cust Serv for a solution. Despite assurance to her, the problem was Not rectified by IT. Numkah then sought to get me access via a fob. Very pleased with her willingness to get me access again. I was frustrated by Cust Service failing to contact me on 2 occasions.

Negative experience: Scam of a gym, if you want to cancel your membership they will make it as hard as possible for you. They just want your money.

Negative experience: Still charging me after cancelling. Garbage gym Edit: they have charged me 6 weeks gym on a 30 day notice. They can say what they want but that maths don't add up. Be careful cancelling, they will take you for a ride

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and location.

Positive experience: The gym is adequate for what I need. Small boutique gym, friendly staff and close too what I need around northcote. Only negative is needs a little maintenance.

Negative experience: Filthy. It used to be clean but hardly been cleaned in the last 18 months with new manager. No soap in bathrooms, locker cubicles disgusting, holes in the walls with live wires poking out, zero maintenance. More interest in sales than looking after existing members so I left and had make numerous calls/ emails to get the refund owing to me.

Negative experience: Changed from Jetts Northcote to Zap Fitness with absolutely zero correspondence. I visited once a week meaning this was not my ‘home gym’, so I was simply locked out. No notice of future change provided online via website or social media. Not even something as simple as signage in the vicinity of the venue or in the venue itself in the build up. Extremely disappointing and doesn’t bode well as a new venture for Zap Fitness.

Negative experience: Recommend finding another gym. They say they are ‘no lock in contract’ but I cancelled last September due to moving overseas and they have continued to charge me membership fees at random intervals since I cancelled. They also will not respond to emails regarding the issue. Save yourself the headache and join another gym.

Negative experience: Tiny gym. Busy at all times. Gear is dated and not maintained. Cancelled membership and they still charged me after. Completely incompetent. Not worth saving $4 a week when there's far better gyms in the area

Negative experience: As a small local gym it’s fine, but I had to leave due to hygiene issues. The soap dispensers in the toilet were left empty for well over a month. Also, resistance bands that had snapped were never replaced- not a huge deal, but then not a huge deal to get them replaced either! Throw in the fact the place is busy with pubescent school boys swaggering around between 3.30-5:00 every day and it started to feel a bit grubby. They also overcharged me by 2 weeks after I left - again, that kind of mugging feels like standard practice for gyms these days, so I let them keep it so I didn’t have to interact any further. But the soap - that was the deal breaker.

Negative experience: Please refill the soap in the bathroom. It’s very unhygienic for the bathroom to have no soap. People use the toilet, can’t wash their hands with soap, and then use the gym equipment. That’s disgusting. The soap has not been refilled for months now. There is no soap in the bathrooms! Come on Jetts

Negative experience: Astounded by the lack of customer support from this franchise and head office. Had billing issues months after cancelling my membership.

Positive experience: Good gym cheap good equipment. Surprising amount of good equipment for a commercial gym, large selection of free weights, spare barbells, grips, d handles and machines.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Northcote is an excellent, inclusive gym. I joined last year after lockdown lifted, I'd moved during lockdown and was gym shopping at the four or so gyms local to me. The manager, James, was incredibly welcoming and super easy to chat to, which really pushed me over the line when making my decision, the facilities were similarly good to other local gyms, but the vibe of Jetts is super relaxed and friendly. As a woman who lifts, the feel of a gym is very important to me, and Jetts has always made me feel really comfortable. If you're looking for a new gym, I highly recommend Jetts Northcote!

Positive experience: Good equipment, always clean and a decent vibe. Only downside is that it can get cramped when classes are running early in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great crew. Equipment in perfect condition with a good range available. Cheap, easy and uncomplicated. Gave their J-Series classes a crack too, good way to work-up a sweat.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service experience. Joined Jetts after the refurb and was using it fairly frequently for about a month. Showed up one day and my scan tag wouldn't let me in. When I checked my credit card, no funds had been withdrawn so there was obviously some issue with the direct debit however instead of calling me they just cancelled my membership. Tried to call them 5 times, left multiple messages for someone to call me back and no one ever did. Wouldn't go back there now if they paid me to attend.

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Great equipment, great price and location. But best of all are the great people. Members are committed to getting fitter and better. No problems at all with sharing weights and the friendly trainers treat you like family.

Negative experience: if you want to listen to your own music while working out or, old school, have some quiet meditative time with your body DO NOT go to this place. They specialise in playing bad music and playing it really loud. They have their corporate cookie cut out model and no flexibility will be shown. The music is actually piped from head office in Brisbane apparently. The fact that at any give time the majority of people have head/ear phones in and will actually be prevented from listening to their own music by the loud rubbish Jetts plays is lost on them. To make matters even weirder, you can be there with ten other guys and be forced to listen to some snow flake female vocalist whining on for the whole time you are there. Bizarre. Someone showed this company a money making algorithm for equipment tax depreciation or something and they went into the gym business. They have no idea.

Fantastic experience: A friendly clean and welcoming gym for all .. Young old fit unfit everyone seems cheerful and respecting of each others space and time .

Fantastic experience: Great staff, clean and up to date gym and well priced. Jetts Northcote ticks all of the boxes.
