Fantastic experience: 5 Stars – Best Gym Experience Ever! This gym is absolutely next level! The trainers are phenomenal—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Every workout is a perfect mix of fun and challenge, constantly pushing you to your limits (in the best way). The energy here is unmatched, and you always walk out feeling stronger and accomplished. The child area is an added bonus making it easier to stay consistent!! Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic experience: I've been a "fitstopper" for about 3 years now. I used to live in geelong, but moved to Central Queensland a year ago, so coming down to visit family, I needed to slip in to my regular fitstop session's while away. Fitstop Geelong made me feel so welcome. Although I was having technical issues with the new app, the team at fitstop Geelong were so accommodating, and warmly welcomed me in to every session away from home. Such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. I'm sure I'll return next time I'm down visiting family Thanks for having me fitstop Geelong! Loralie

Tyler, Emma, and Ned are three of the most experienced, supportive, and friendly instructors I have ever come across within the fitness industry, and the community here is so inviting. Whether you're an athlete looking to work on your strength and conditioning goals or it's the first day you've ever walked into a gym, this place will be for you. With the options of regular body scans to track progress, individualized nutrition support programs, and a kids play area for the little ones, this is your one stop shop to achieving your fitness goals ✅

Fantastic experience: Went in for my first body composition scan this morning and was great! Tyler broke down all the data for me and made it super easy to understand and was really motivating. If I lived In the area I would definitely sign myself up for the Gym. Very flash.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility, Tyler and his team are incredibly professional and walked us through the gyms set up. Having a strengths based training approach, you’ll be spoilt for options when it comes to equipment. I was stepped through the Inbody Body comp scan - that involves body composition analysis, muscle-fat analysis etc. I gained a lot of information about my health statistics in just 2 minutes of stepping onto the machine. I highly recommend stepping into this gym and health space
