Fantastic experience: My local gym and couldn’t be happier or any better. Went in with a knee injury that was probably going to need surgery but with Eddy’s help learnt how to train properly, work around and through it and now no surgery needed, massive win. Can’t get a better result than that!

Fantastic experience: This boutique gym has the best vibe and is super clean. The trainers and owner of the gym is super friendly and they only have the best equipments. Only gym that motivates me to train.

Fantastic experience: Have recently joined the group classes 2-3 times a week and I'm absolutely over the moon with my progress so far. Such a fun gym, definitely a family vibe to it. The owner seems to put a lot of work into the gym and it shows!

Fantastic experience: The most friendly and well educated staff within the fitness industry, also having world leading natural body builder Eddy Ung guiding all clients and members of the gym. Facilities are all brand new with state of the are euipment and the cleanest restrooms and showers. If you are after a very welcoming and non stereotipicle gym ABW is the right one.
