Fantastic experience: After the reduction of my shoulder that has been stiff and stiff discomfort limits of a range motion. The physiotherapy, exercise, massage is improving the motion. Tim my physiotherapist is very helpful and professional.

She understands people with unique physical needs ( As in people with a disability) I in this category She also has extraordinary patience to get to the bottom of a problem.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service! Got in same day to treat my back that was causing me a lot of pain. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Sean was my physio. Really knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He ended up working on my back and I walked out feeling a lot better. Gave me some straight forward exercises. This was my first time here and I was really happy with the whole place. Will definitely return (or hopefully won’t need to!)

Fantastic experience: Matt is great! Few sessions in and my injuries are already getting much better and I’m not limping anymore! The recommended exercises if done consistently definitely help too! It’s a bit more on the expensive side but definitely worth the money as you’ll be feeling and seeing progress and improvements in no time! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: In the time that I have been coming to Powerhouse Physio, almost eight months now, I have always found the team friendly, welcoming and professional. On my first visit I could barely walk. Unable to drive I had to catch an Uber for the first couple of visits. Within two weeks Sean had me driving again, and though not perfect, walking. It has been a slow process to get where I am today and not always a happy one, but right from the start Sean identified the issues and put together a plan and has helped me every step of the way praising my efforts and taking the time to make feel comfortable from day one; and the lovely Linda, always with a smile, to greet you by name on entry. Fantastic experience: A work colleague put me on to Powerhouse Physio back in 2008. It turns out I predate their electronic records. I trust Suze and her crew with my prehab and rehab treatments. Suze has put me back together after 3 surgeries and a serious concussion after being hit by a truck. I religiously see Suze once a month for my monthly tune up that keeps me walking.

Fantastic experience: Tim is amazing and highly professional. I had torn two ligaments in my left ankle and couldn’t even walk without crutches. After just a couple of sessions with Tim, the progress in my ankle was incredible. I highly recommend him, and I’m 100% sure I will revisit if I need physio again.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this physio for wrist related issues. Nice people, but they do not have the experience/training to correctly manage. Highly recommend going to Sportscare Physio in Kingston as they are far more trained/experienced.

Fantastic experience: In just one visit Brandon fixed my long-term back and shoulder pain. It was so good to get some tailored exercises, finally find out why I was getting recurring pain, and know that by doing the work I will set myself up for a pain-free future. It was a bonus to be able to practice the exercises in their built-in gym.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Suz at Powerhouse Physiotherapy by my sister-in-law who is a physio herself but was unable to provide me with ongoing treatment. She suggested Suz as she would provide me with the care and treatment needed to get me through the worst injury Ive had and she was right. I have been going now for 3 months and feel very confident that the treatment, plan and program provided will get me back to being 100% healed and prepared to play sport again. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Powerhouse physio for about 4 years now and seen a range of physio’s and Everyone that I have seen has got me back playing sport better, fitter, faster. They care about you as an athlete and a person and give you an appropriate rehab program to suit your needs and to fit in with what you are already doing. They are all experts in their fields and have all had amazing experiences including Olympics, Commonwealth games, world cups, working overseas and working with a range of National sporting teams. If you ever need a physio I highly recommend seeing Suzie and her amazing Team!

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend their services. I decided to get physio following 3 weeks of awful discomfort on my lower back and upper thigh. Friendly, professional team and with this being my first time with a physio I thought all was excellent. Mitch was my physio and created a relaxing atmosphere and talked through my injury and provided lots of reassurance. Lots of exercises and stretches healed my injury quickly, I only wish I had gone to them earlier!
