Fantastic experience: I absolutely love RTB! I’ve been coming here for two years, and it has completely transformed the way I train and how I feel about working out. For the first time, I feel confident walking into the gym. I even encouraged my elderly father to join, and he’s now been a member for over a year—which speaks volumes about how inclusive RTB is, no matter your fitness level. Shoutout to Scott Fraser for giving it a go and proving that weightlifting is for everyone no matter your age or ailments. Beyond the training benefits, I’ve also met some incredible people—both coaches and clients—who make every session something to look forward to. I couldn’t recommend Raise the Bar more! Fantastic experience: Josh and his team of A class trainers at RTB have helped me (an 42yr old mum of 2) achieve things I never thought possible! Like deadlift 140kg!! The programs are expertly designed and allow me to push myself each and every session and achieve my goals. All the members are so supportive of each other, it’s like a big family

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend more! RTB is such an inclusive and welcoming space, the trainers are so knowledgeable and cater to any injuries, and the programs are created so well that there is enough consistency to drive results and enough variation to remain engaged. Since moving out of the area I still come every week; I couldn’t imagine joining anywhere else.
Fantastic experience: I love going! Starts my day off in the best way. The vibes and energy is always high and the training programs are really good and definitely work. There is method to their madness :) I feel 100% stronger The machines and weights are in really good condition All progress is tracked and the trainers are fully across it too (they seem to have super human memory), always there to push you to do your best and support you. I feel like I have my own PT, even in a group or 4-5. There's no reason to feel insecure there unlike other gyms for new starters either. Alison, Ryan, Stefan are the best. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Heya! I'm dropping a little comment about the gym and what it means to join the RTB community! Results Training twice a week - I’ve experienced a radical transformation of achieving my goal of losing 10kg over the course of a year. It’s been amazing, especially since I haven’t had to resort to crash dieting or overdoing my sessions. The focus now is building and strengthening my muscles! Experience The gym community is fantastic—I’ve made great friends across the board all ranging from different ages. The WhatsApp group is a brilliant resource for addressing topics and staying connected. The gym itself is tidy, respectful, and absolutely worth the value. The sessions are tailored with the trainers to help you improve each session, perform each exercise safely and with confidence. Been loving the new programs changes, keep it up RTB!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend RTB highly enough! As someone who had never lifted a weight before, I was really intimidated by the idea of joining a gym. But RTB completely changed my perspective. From day one, the atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Fantastic experience: I have been a member with RTB for about 3 years now and it is the first gym have I consistently trained at and actually look forward to going to. The small group PT structure really suits the way I like to train - personalised training without the cost of a 1 on 1 personal trainer. The RTB training program also means I don't have to spend time thinking or developing one myself, it is all done for me. The trainers are what make this gym and are second to none with their knowledge and professionalism. They are always more than happy to adapt for injuries, pain or skill level. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to do strength training at any level from beginner to advanced.
Fantastic experience: Was trying to find my ‘mojo’ after a little hiatus from gym and finding the normal day to day gym workouts not hitting the mark. RTB and the small group PT classes have been excellent way refocus and achieve your training goals. The RTB team encourage, motivate and consistently monitor technique and adjust exercises if needed. The studio has a great fun and friendly vibe. Probably to much leg work though… just joking Ryan!

Fantastic experience: Found RTB because I wanted focus more on good technique and seeing improvement on the numbers I was moving. And after 1 session with these guys and i was addicted. The community is such a vibe, not clicky at all, the coaches are so welcoming and non judgemental, if I have had an injury the team have made adjustments to the lift or workout to cater and they never made me feel awks for asking. The rtb crew really knows their stuff and I am seeing epic progress in the few short months since I started, hit some PBs and made some awesome friends. I tried a few gyms in the area but nothing is comparable to RTB. Highly highly recommended !
Fantastic experience: I genuinely look forward to each session and feel disappointed if I can’t make it! For someone who’s never considered themselves "sporty," this has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. I’ve been training here for almost two years now, and I’ve never encountered trainers who are as friendly, patient, and skilled. They really listen, work together with you to meet your individual needs (whether you’re injured or not), and push you just the right amount to help you see results. The atmosphere is also incredibly welcoming, with a great crew of people who make every workout session a blast! 100000% would recommend.
Fantastic experience: I'm obsessed with this gym and the change it's made in my life. It's probably the best decision I've made in the 5 years Ive lived in Australia. I wanted to find a class or gym of some sort and not just buy a gym pass because I have a back injury and knew I needed a place where someone was guiding me so I would, a) actually show up and b) not hurt myself. I work nights and couldn't find any gym that offered classes that weren't at 6am or 6pm until I found RTB. Their 10,and 11am classes are perfect for my schedule, and it's affordable. I love that it's all Weight lifting and no cardio. This is the first time in my life I've stuck with working out for more then 3 weeks and first time I've actually seen and felt results. The programs are challenging but very doable. The trainers are patient, clear and attentive, making you get your moneys worth. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and look forward to sessions. And the biggest bonus is the friends I've made going here. It's not just a gym, it's a little community. The location, price, and results can't be beat. Run, don't walk, to sign up for this gym. (and that'll be the only cardio you have to do )

Shout out to the AM trainers—Ryan, Alison, and Christina — all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're new to strength training or a weight lifting pro, they meet you where you are at and help you progress safely. Small group training, which means you get more coaching that other gyms. Even when I’m injured, the trainers help me modify my program so I can continue to train. Overall, it's a supportive and motivating environment that’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength.
Fantastic experience: After years (decades) of misadventures with my aspirations for fitness, I have found my nirvana. I joined RTB eight weeks ago and have consistently participated in 3 training sessions each week since. The space is great, the sessions are hard work but enjoyable and the trainers are the right balance between motivating and friendly. I never have to push myself to attend, instead I always look forward to the training session. I'm already seeing results from my efforts and can't wait to get back into it in 2025.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is relatively new to strength training, the RTB program has me addicted to training and excited to work towards my fitness goals. The trainers are all amazing, knowledgeable and motivating. Special shoutout to Alison who has helped me so much with understanding and improving my lifting technique. No matter who you book with, the workout is always fun and challenging. RTB has a great range of gym equipment, a training app to track personal progress, a body scanner and a great sense of community, highly recommend!! ❤️ RTB is my happy place!

Fantastic experience: This place is ace, beginner or weight lifting gun, everyone is welcome. I started here only a month ago and feel addicted :) all the trainers are really knowledgeable and supportive for each exercise, plus there’s the cutest dog ever, Thor, to keep you company before the session starts

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to raise the bar for about 5 weeks now. Complete newbie to gyms and from the start it’s been awesome! My first intro session with Ryan was really good, he was patient, non judgmental and funny. I’m super tall and awkward so was a little daunting but he was a super star. Josh and Alison have also both been equally as encouraging and helpful, so couldn't have hoped for a better bunch of trainers. Thank you! If you are looking for small group training (up to 4 people) or one-on-one personal training, Raise The Bar is the place to go. The new gym is amazing, all equipment is brand new and high quality.

Fantastic experience: Raise The Bar coach Josh has made me enjoy fitness again!!! something I use to do because I had to I now do because I want to. I have made some amazing and ever lasting friends through joining Raise the Bar as well as become motivated and passionate about fitness once again. Josh always changes up the programs so were never bored, he keeps up accountable and constantly challenged and encourages us to achieve our best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health and fitness needs.
