Fantastic experience: Fernwood Morayfield creates a sense of community where strength is built not just in the body but in the connections between friends. I've already made some long term friendships. The coaches are absolutely incredible. Their support has been nothing short of next-level, always checking in, pushing us to reach our full potential, and keeping us motivated—even with our non-stop complaining. The facilities are great and heaps of class options. The sauna is an amazing addition and great to unwind throughout the week. Fernwood Morayfield has helped me start my health journey and given me the tools and confidence to keep going.

Fantastic experience: Super happy to have joined Fernwood Morayfiled Since moving here in October from Sydney I instantly felt a sense of community and am thankful for the amazing reformer Pilates classes at such an affordable weekly price which also gives me access to the gym and other classes The crèche times make it very convenient to go from school drop off also

Fantastic experience: I joined fernwood morayfield in August last year and I am so happy I did. This is the first gym i’ve ever joined where I feel that the staff truely care about their members. I joined when my son was 8 months old, I was so nervous to put him in a creche as he had never been looked after by anyone other than my mum before. My son has always been well looked after and cared for in the creche and the staff are amazing! I mostly do the reformer pilates classes and love them. The instructors are also incredible and very accommodating to your individual needs. I can’t rate this gym highly enough, it is the small things in a business that go a very long way, they have shown me so much compassion and I now look forward to going to the gym when it was something I used to dread.

Fantastic experience: The staff are genuinely friendly and keen to support their members fitness & health goals. The equipment & facilities are great. The team in the crèche are fantastic too, my daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, she’s always well taken care of. There is definitely more of a community vibe about the gym, which I love. Worth trying this gym if you’ve been thinking about joining a gym.

Fantastic experience: A bit dated for the price but I am impressed that management is so on the ball with any issues arising at this gym

Negative experience: Would highly recommend booking at a different gym. Cancelled my 14 year olds membership and was told all has been cancelled. Payments still coming out. Every time I call to try and sort it staff too busy and will call back. Pretty much told protocol is to fill out form which you didn’t do so too bad too sad. I was not told about a form needing to be filled out and had a friend beside me who also heard nothing about a form. I have lost out on money and the staff don’t care.

Negative experience: On fees I was told two additional debits were to be taken plus cancellation. I've had an additional 12 payments.

Fantastic experience: Love the vibe this gym offers and all the multiple classes. Highly recommend Fernwood morayfield all staff are welcoming and friendly who make you feel welcomed and wanted

Negative experience: Extremely expensive and weren’t forthcoming on how they expect 2 direct debits’ notice to cancel the membership on top of the $200 exit fee.

Fantastic experience: New management is great, Thanks to Casey for keeping the centre running while new boss is away, we would be lost without her. The trainers are bossy and love cracking the whip. And most of all the friends I've made it's like a family away from home.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Fernwood Morayfield for 5 years now and it's a great place to exercise. The gym has had new management in the last year and you can see the difference. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, my favourite is Casey, she's the best. I do have to say though the equipment could do with an upgrade.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this women's only gym for several months now and I am beyond impressed with my experience. The atmosphere is supportive and empowering, creating a comfortable environment for all women to reach their fitness goals. Fernwood Morayfeild facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment and a knowledgeable staff that is always available to help. The classes are challenging and fun, and I have seen significant improvement in my fitness since joining. I highly recommend this gym to any woman looking for a positive and effective workout experience. Five stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Boogie Bounce Morayfield delivers a class to Fernwood Morayfield members on a Saturday morning however, there are a few places available for non-members to attend also. Great facilities, temperature controlled room for comfort in both summer and winter and disco lights. Almost as good as a night out!

Fantastic experience: My wife goes here and is very happy with the service and really enjoys her sessions with her personal trainer. She had a bit of a rough start but credit to the staff and management for looking after her.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, awesome group of trainers!! I love coming to Fit 30 every Monday and Thursday nights and I love the Pilates class with Kelly. They have amazing facilities, that caters for everything and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say how amazing the girls are, I loved Lisa's classes she is so motivating, Thank you for helping me challenge myself during your sessions. Fantastic experience: Lovely girly atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming! It pays to call and ask about no joining fee promotions too. I called the day before to see if they could offer me this and the girl I spoke to -Kacie got this waived for me :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym. Staff are extremely helpful and supportive. Such a welcoming environment that made me feel like I belonged.

Positive experience: I Initially had some issues with cancellation of my membership as the process is very formal and I hadn't completed all the relevant paperwork to pay the $75 cancellation fee prior to the cooling off period. After receiving a collection notice for a significantly higher amount I contacted Fernwood and explained the circumstances and was able to amicably settle the matter by paying the original $75 cancellation fee.

Negative experience: Very disappointing place. As a member of another Fernwood club I came here to train with my friend once a week (with the member pass). We have done this over the past few weeks without any issues. The staff members wouldn't even bother to sign my pass. The main reason my friend joined Fernwood was the fact that we could go to each others clubs and train together from time to time. Tonight the manager was there and told me I cannot use the gym after the reception is closed. After 30 minutes of training I was told to leave even though we explained our troubles and politely asked for a bit more time. The manager then still stayed on for another 30 minutes (which means we could have finished our workout) This is an absolute joke.

Negative experience: Awesome trainers. Please be aware of your end of contract as they will not notify you, which happened in my case thinking my membership ened in april why i hung around to find out it ended in february. They will.continue payments as well as childcare (only used 5 times in a year) even when you signed up for a year it will continue. Small gym, not much space to do free workouts. Childcare is small and smells

Negative experience: Classes and equipment are fine but the facility is old and needs a good clean and renovation. Childcare facilities are disgusting and so small I couldn’t even stand to take my son their. General staff are nice but management and owner are unreasonable. When trying to cancel my membership they have made it so hard with hidden fees and incorrect information from untrained staff that I have had to contact my bank and have their direct payments blocked! NEVER SIGN UP THEY ARE ROBBERS!

Negative experience: Un trained staff that are very deceiving, called in January wanting to cancel my membership and was told I’m better of “just waiting it out until my contract finishes” because the amount I would be charged is more than what I would have to pay in fortnightly membership fees to my surprise it’s now June and my signed membership date had been finished and despite me calling them and wanting to cancel and me also not attending their gym in over 10 months and notified them that I have moved states I’m still being charged I called the receptionist and she didn’t help me at all she just send me an email which pretty much told me if I want to cancel and don’t return my 3 cm plastic swipe card I will be charged a ridiculous amount ( they get these from China for like 1 cent!) and I still have to pay for a month in advanced membership, I’m so angry and I feel completely ripped off, if this was the case in the beginning then why was I advised differently over the phone I believe I was purposely deceived so they could just rip me for more money, it’s funny because when I wanted to join me and my sister both got harassed with phone calls now that there is this issue not one person from management has called me back! Fernwood I will be telling everyone what con artists you are, save your money and get a membership with GENESIS FITNESS GYM instead!

Negative experience: All I can say is beware. After cancelling my membership money still continued to come out of my account, I thought this was rectified until I got a call from a debt collection agency saying I owed over $400. They actually owe me money, won't return my calls. Couldn't phone me enough when they wanted me to join and now nothing but stress. Save yourself the heartache and find another gym

Fantastic experience: I love Fernwood Morayfield. It's a home away from home for me as busy mum trying to fit exercise into my routine. Being 24/7 and the introduction of virtual classes has ment if I miss my favourite classes I can always make them up later on in the day. Thanks for such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
