Fantastic experience: Maddy is superb! I actually enjoy working out now but its more than just that. A realistic and supportive approach to fitness and nutrition if you lack motivation. Maddy guides you without judgement and the semi private classes are fun but still really effective. An awesome little fitness community with a super skilled and knowledgeable PT. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Maddy runs great classes with other like minded people in my group. I like that Maddy guides me through everything and I don't have to over think it. She knows what is right for me and my circumstances. My kind of trainer!
Fantastic experience: I first started going into strength training with no experience and expectations. Maddy is an extremely helpful and disciplined trainer who makes sure you are lifting in the optimal position and with the appropriate muscles to reduce unnecessary muscle strain. She is also very friendly and open to banter in semi-private and private lessons so you can have a bit of a laugh during rest breaks :) Overall, I feel much more confident in exercising my arm and leg muscles during lessons as I slowly increase the weights I can lift (which serve as motivation for me to come back). Since Maddy is so supportive, I don't put myself down as much if I have a bad day. Additionally, she customises exercises by using additional props so we don't strain ourselves as much if we have certain injuries or body types that may make performing a particular exercise harder. Nevertheless, I am grateful to have a trainer in Maddy and I will continue to go to further build my self-confidence and strength. She is also open to any questions you have about training or/and nutrition; you can develop your strength training outside of classes if you wish.
Fantastic experience: MWF has been a great fitness solution for me. Thanks to Maddy's expertise, I finally understand how strength is best built and the role nutrition plays in this. The small group training sessions ensure I get the attention I need, and Maddy is the perfect balance of warm demanding, encouraging me to reach further than I thought I could to safely achieve my goals. Above all, MWF is the most welcoming and comfortable fitness space I've ever experienced.
Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend MWF enough. Maddy is extremely knowledgeable, the training sessions are research/evidence based, the training environment is extremely supportive and the banter is 10/10. Since starting training with Maddy I’ve grown in confidence, strength, and have way more energy.

I had been doing home workouts for yonks but didn't know that I was capable of lifting so much heavier! The social aspect of the semi-private classes is awesome & Maddy answers all of my questions about technique (I have a lot). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Maddy for a few weeks now and it’s been life changing !! She creates a comfortable non- judgmental space to train in! She always keeps my plan interesting and challenging. She is also super approachable and my questions never go unanswered. Maddy helps keeps me in check that it’s a journey not a race ! I can’t recommend her enough, she will assist in anyway that she can in order to reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Maddy for the laughs for the knowledge that you share, and the confidence you keep building inside me each session I was absolutely petrified of putting a weighted bar on my shoulders and squatting ️♂️ Maddy is all about technique and safety and the wellbeing of her client I did learn a lot of interesting facts about nutrition and how to incorporate protein into each meal. Maddy is truly a breath of fresh air, it’s not all about loosing weight, having the six pack or even looking a certain way, she is all about moving your body properly, given it the right balance of each food group and keep maintaining all your joints and muscles so you keep enjoying what life has to offer at any age. Maddy is certainly very passionate about what she does, she is everything and more in what you are looking for as a trainer she will push you and get you out of the comfort zone, you will see results not only physical but mentally as well. Fantastic experience: I found Maddy on Instagram and haven't looked back since. My husband and I have been working out with her for a couple of months after not training for a couple of years. Two months later we feel great, and are both getting stronger. Not only does she provide great direction, and extra education on her private facebook page but she has a great sense of humour too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am moving out of Sydney and honestly, besides being far from friends and family, training with Maddy is what I will miss the most. I even came back early from a holiday to squeeze in as many classes as I could before I left.

Fantastic experience: Maddy has worked hard to create a super comfortable and safe space for all her clients. Her sessions are the perfect mix of education, strength training and belly laughs. Maddy supports each client as an individual by taking time to discuss their goals and works collaboratively to create a realistic training and nutrition plan. She easily adapts each session to cater for different levels of experience, from beginner to expert, and is quick to provide feedback to prioritise safety and performance. I would highly recommend any of her one on one or group sessions and I love being part of her amazing community.

Fantastic experience: I was always nervous at the thought of joining a class or getting a PT. After watching Maddy’s insta and connecting with her approach to fitness, I joined , and have not looked back. Maddy keeps you accountable whilst also understanding that life happens and that you shouldn’t be hard on yourself, so you can manage the long term. The 4:1 class flies by with conversations about her knowledge, I feel like I can ask her anything with no judgement, and her jokes go alright too

Fantastic experience: I trust MVPT 1000%. I’ve tried every single way to loose weight and it has never worked. I’ve lost 10kgs and gained so much muscle with MVPT, what I am most proud of is the weight I am lifting. Feeling so strong and confident. The knowledge, skills and experience Maddy has - WOW. I have also fixed my relationship with food through Maddy’s coaching, her weekly check-ins, she keeps me accountable. Maddy is an absolute weapon and beast, couldn’t think of anyone better to go on this journey with.

Fantastic experience: Maddy is a dedicated PT who tailors each clients training program to suit their individual needs & goals for strength, weight loss & nutritional health. In my case, it was all 3 :-) After only a few months of training with Maddy, I am continually losing weight, increased muscle strength & mass, lifting weights I never have before, eating healthier & still able to enjoy my fave treat foods as well! Doctors had advised a knee replacement was likely inevitable for me this year. Maddy took the time to read my medical reports, tailor my program specifically to my needs & now I have been advised if I continue on this path with Maddy , that a knee replacement may actually not be needed. I can't thank Maddy enough for her guidance, support & advice but especially for pushing me to reach my goals. Thanks Maddy :-)

Fantastic experience: MVPT opened my eyes to a completely new way of looking at exercise. As a complete newbie at strength training I was able to learn correct technique and was never made to feel embarrassed in the gym. Sessions were tough but always fun. I couldn't believe my results!
