Fantastic experience: If u like training in a group I highly recommend this place. Started my fitness journey here nearly 3 years ago(112 kgs) I'm currently 91kgs. A family orientated vibe very friendly staff a great bunch of people . Everyone is so encouraging & will keep u accountable

Fantastic experience: I've never been a person to wake up early to workout, or look forward to working out, until I joined PLC Northgate! The environment is so positive and the team are driven to help you reach your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Their whole team of staff are incredibly friendly and really get to know you. For once in my life I'm actually enjoying working out thanks to the PLC Northgate Team!

Fantastic experience: Not like any other gym that I've been to before. Everyone is always in a good mood, all the coaches know everyones names, its more like a family than a gym. would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Enjoyed my workout here during the free week trial, but sadly this place is impossible to join. No-one will call me back and tell me prices. It's been about a month now and I've followed up with them several times to no avail. It's a recurring problem - had to contact them several times to even start the free trial; was promised a body scan, booked it in, no-one turned up to do it. Now I understand why the class sizes are so small!! Completely hopeless. What a disappointment.

Negative experience: Amazingly loud and obnoxious. 2nd to none with total disregard and disrespect to neighbours. Great work PLC you've managed to annoy a heap of people with your noxious cacophony.

Positive experience: Very friendly trainers and great atmosphere. They know how to motivate and encourage for training. I been in many gyms and group training before and PLC is still one of my favorite! Just in my opinion music sometimes is played way too loud and they don't explain technique of exercises so I seen many, many people doing it wrong and none never react. I know it can be very dangerous and causes contusions, so that shouldn't be ignored.
