Fantastic experience: Great to see Ryan back in the Gym, its back cleaner, new lights, equipment fixed and the New Team so much more helpful

Negative experience: I've been to over 10 different plus fitness locations, this is not only the worst of them all, but genuinely the worst gym i've been to in my life. The whole place smells like vomit mixed with dog poo, the machines are filthy, old and uncomfortable and the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 2004. Spider webs on the walls, dirt on the ground, live wires exposed on the wall, I seriously don't know why this place hasn't been shut down. Do yourself a favour and drive a little bit further to the Richmond or North Richmond locations, this place is a biohazard.

Positive experience: Older equipment including some that has been damaged for some time, shower is terrible, water fountain is beyond a joke - 4 minutes to fill a 600ml water bottle. Gym is usually pretty quiet and Air Con is good which is a bonus.

Negative experience: The water fountain takes long time to fill half a cup of water. There are no paper towels in the men's bathroom and around the training area. The wifi doesn't have internet.

Positive experience: Not bad. Machines are old though. Did the job

Positive experience: The first thing you notice when you walk in, is the smell of BO. Equipment isn't bad, but could do with an update. Most frustrating thing is alot of people don't put their weights away.

Positive experience: One of the best plus fitness I have visited. Appreciate that the wipes and dispensers are enough packed throughout all times. The carpets on ground floor are bit old and have some smell. I have one request to lower down the chin up bars as shorter guys cannot chin up on the existing bars. Overall a good gym to train with enough parking.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, nice and big with a massive variety of equipment to choose between. Extremely helpful staff and personal trainers. never over crowded and easy to find.

Fantastic experience: Loved it. One of the best plus fitness gym outlets I've visited. Very clean and all equipments were top notched. Boxing bags & floor mats were a bit caved in though but apart from that no complaints at all.

Negative experience: Having been a member for some time I have noticed a shift in the energy at the gym. The male owner used to be in there and he was FANTASTIC BUT now a female has taken over as manager and she is rude, condescending and arrogant. Tried to fine me for wearing my work boots in the gym even though I work in a distribution factory and they are clean. If this wasn't bad enough she actually swore at me. The managers demeanour leaves a lot to be desired. I hope all plus fitness gyms are not like this but this is the worst one I have been too. When lock down ends i will be heading to Anytime Fitness. Thumbs down for this gym!

Negative experience: Gave a Legitimate review last week that having only 3 Treadmills is a joke, and even though they are abiding by the directions of the government they should of considered moving around the equipment(It's literally the most used thing in the gym). The Smart arse response they gave me about the fans I looked over after the owner gave me a call and explained how the google review thing hurts their Franchisee score or something(I even removed my review). Then I found out yesterday about their Facebook post blasting me for the review.. This is the real world you shouldn't just expect everyone to give you a perfect score for legitimate problems, I quit my membership today and found a better gym.

Fantastic experience: Very clean hygenic and big workout areas , staff seem so helpfull and kind and always have a smile very approachable, awesome prices , they put on a awesome healthy subway lunch last week with all the cookies we all love , they even had taste trial testing of pre workouts and protein powders , definitely won me over , highly reccomend signing up

Fantastic experience: Easy parking. Good range of equipment.

Negative experience: The cable crossover machine was left unrepaired (and unusable) for weeks. The roof was still leaking (the day after raining) all over the free weights as well as a number of the machines, lost count after seeing 17 seperate leaks. As a bloke I'm not too fussy when it comes to the showers, with that said the shower is terrible. You have to get into the shower itself to be able to physically close the door to the room, this being the case there is almost no room to put anything or keep your work clothes etc. off the floor, even towling off for a 6'2 male is quite restrictive. This gym is extremely poor & in desperate need of some serious attention.

Positive experience: Out of all Plus Fitness gyms I've been, this is by far the cleanest and the most looked after. In any case, don't expect a 5 stars Gym with world-class facilities. Just a decent gym with enough machines, clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Negative experience: Never see them cleaning and equipment is cheap old and outdated. Very rarely even see staff they just stay in the office the entire time. Wouldn't recommend, although not many options in the area unfortunately.
