Fantastic experience: Has everything you need, decent weekly pricing and usually quiet during week days

Fantastic experience: Great facility. Nearly every machine/rack you could need and it’s kept neat and clean

Negative experience: The gym has decent amount of equipment and variety, don’t find myself waiting around for equipment often. The gym constantly runs out of sanitary wipes for equipment and bins are almost always full or overflowing. Hand sanitiser stations around the gym are often empty too. I tried using the protein shake machine near the entrance, paid for the shake and didn’t dispense anything (happened twice). The place desperately needs staff. For $18.95 a week, your club members deserve better.

Positive experience: The gym has all the machines that I need for a decent workout on all fronts, plenty of toilets and im looking forward to the free trial of the sauna and cold bath. If that was it, 5 stars. But it's not, to improve the gym I'd suggest refilling the wipes and toilet paper more often. They are usually (when i go) empty, and it's self explanatory why it's a inconvenience. The bubbler & bottle filler filter was left uncleaned for like a month too. The pricing is fair but the added cost of the sauna and cold bath (which are optional) are unrealistic and over priced. I still go despite the cons as the staff are kind, location is convenient and is a 24/7 gym.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very responsible. After finishing my workout, I forgot to take my keys. I anxiously went back to look for them, and after asking, the staff magically pulled them out from her drawer. I’m so grateful! The facilities here are also very well-equipped, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Most of the negative reviews don't really make sense. Don't judge the place by reviews unless you actually give it a shot. No lock in contracts and fairly cheap, can't be too bad for a month's trial. Keep reading if you want to have an actual idea of the place and debunking some reviews and my personal experience in the end. Size: Not sure if they have expanded before I joined OR the reviewers have a personal vendetta (maybe stuck in a membership) . As I have viewed almost all the gyms close by and none is more equipped than here. Air Conditioning: So far I have never had any issue with the ventilation, can't help with people not using deodorants lol. Lift access: If you are a member, you won't have an issue as ur pass key/App allows you to access. just need to manually open the building access door. Patrons/Crowd: Yes the place can get crowded, Yes there's many teenagers training, Yes I have bn there in the busiest hours, BUT... I have never not bn able to find/share adequate equipment to train. Plus what's wrong with having teenagers or ppl using their phone in a commercial gym?? You can always track how busy they are through their app. Staff/Management: Yes that can be a bit annoying, as it's really hard to get a response over the phone, when google suggests it's staffed hours. Foam rollers: currently are new. I had the same issue of non-responsiveness, as I wanted to have a look inside before joining. Since I already had their app and they don't have any lock in contracts I just joined online. To my surprise it was complete polar opposite to what most negative reviews suggest. The place was clean, spacious and very well equipped in contrast to the other gyms I viewed in the area. The staff (Paris Hilton lookalike) on front desk is very helpful if you have concerns with lift access etc. There's plenty of free parking around. Cafes and IGA if you forgot your caffeine hit or something. If you still don't realize it downstairs, they've got you covered as there are vending machines with pre/intra/post workout drinks and more. Plenty of free weight and pin loaded equipment. X4 cable machines with almost any attachment you can think of. Plenty of cardio equipment and 2 fairly sized stretch areas with diverse range of equipment. Super low cost weekly charges with no lock ins. Don't even need a tag, you can use your phone for entrance etc. Can't ask for more at this price. Well done.

Negative experience: Difficulty even contacting the gym during business hours. Multiple calls and no one answers. Trying to sort payment issues but can’t even pick up during the day

Negative experience: Get some new foam rollers been like this 6 months plus not good enough....

Positive experience: Great gym for equipment and stuff.... however at the wrong time there isnt enough stuff for the 500 high school student that rock up.

Negative experience: Awful gym, they've continued to charge you after my membership cancellation. An absolute scam.

Positive experience: I enjoy going to this gym, as it has just about everything you need. It’s not like other gyms that have unique equipment though. I appreciate the special attachments for the cables which you wouldn’t find in other gyms as well. However, even though it’s a small thing, I don’t really like the lighting throughout the gym. The layout is ok, and it is definitely better since the gym first opened, but compared to other gyms it feels a bit smaller. Lots of school kids go here during the busier times of the week, except it’s rare for the atmosphere to feel crowded, Staff are nice, and the location is convenient!

Positive experience: Pretty decent gym. Used to have a multi club membership, but recently made the switch to single club membership for this gym because I feel like it has everything you would want a good gym to have.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym clean and fresh equipment, app can be tricky with the elevator but once you figure it out its easy. Air con now working on weekends as well.

Negative experience: The iPhone Gym. This gym is great if you want to jump on a machine then do your Facebook for 10-15m and oh better do two leg pumps. And the staff ( if there are ever any) never bother you so you can ticktok away for a whole session. And the wipes to clean down the machine are the only consumable in the whole place (except maybe phone charge cables) and they can’t even manage to keep up the supply. In brief if you want to work out, go to a professional outfit. If you wanna come on in and catch up with your social media, staring at your phone while you block half the machines, then this place is for you. Phones aren’t answered so you leave a message to the non- responders. Forget about getting a call back, they’re too busy not looking after the premises. To the owner, you really need to look in on your business to address the issues and avoid patrons leaving. Maybe post a few signs up to the effect PLEASE DON’T BLOCK A MACHINE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE. Stock your ‘wipes’, fix broken machines in less than 2 weeks, answer your phones and maybe take heed of feedback like this because it seems all constructive suggestions don’t get past first base. Overall, a potentially good gym/business but poorly managed.

Positive experience: Its neither the best nor the worst club lime . Its not the aircond so much , as others have mentioned but even some big fans would get some airflow in there so as to not feel so sweaty

Negative experience: AC is broken, and has been for the past week or 2

Negative experience: AC doesn't work, the gym feels like it's about 30+ degrees and 100% humidity inside. This is a constant problem.

Negative experience: The air conditioning in this gym is the biggest issue. Not only does it blast cold air when it's cold outside, the air conditioning isn't on when it's 30 degrees outside. It's super humid and stuffy, I found it hard to breathe the second I stepped in. We cannot find the thermostat anywhere. It is also a Sunday, and no one is answering the after hours phone line, including the emergency number. I can't imagine this being a safe place to workout, especially cardio.

Positive experience: Great Service for my 1st tour of the establishment. Easy too use. Very respected place and people.

Negative experience: Excited to go to this gym as it has recently opened and is close by to my apartment. I swapped gyms because I thought this would be easier. Went there for the first time this afternoon and it is servely undersized for the inner north. Whoever planned this one has clearly missjudged the space required for the area. I walked out within 10 minutes because I couldn't use any of the equipment.

Negative experience: Went in to have a look and ask about classes. No staff or information at the desk, even when I waited and rung the bell. Entrance was broken so I just walked through to have a look. Quite small with no tap or water station.

Negative experience: Was trying to sign up, then noticed how hard to get in the ground floor door because the staff was not at their desk. Luckily a stranger helped me out... lots of teenagers working out during the time I visited. No onsite parking, not a gym for me.

Negative experience: Too small, can't get the equipment you want during peak times. Poor ventilation, so it gets warm and stuffy. I'm sure it would be fine in non-peak times, but don't bother during the peaks.

Fantastic experience: Highly irresponsible staff. They have taken the fees not given the access. When tried to approach twice during the staff hours , There is no staff for more than an hour of waiting.
