Fantastic experience: Have been to another Physio before coming here. Since coming here I have had dramatic improvement in my range of motion for an injury thats over 3 years old. I thank Josh for my better range in motion and look forward to further progression to be able to maintain a better active life which has seemed like I would never find again. Thank you Physica Team.

Fantastic experience: I really liked the 2 receptionist they are both professional and well mannered . I found my appointment with feros he is polite and helpful and showed empathy to me My right knee was very painful and he ask questions about how my injury occurred. I explained I might have done it at work. He did all the assessment task about my knee, after that he gave a good gentle massage on my knee. I highly recommend feros. I find him a very patient person with all his knowledge of his work a very gentle person, he is polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly and Physiotherapist Joshua is fantastic. Really knows his stuff and explains everything so you know the reason why you are doing a particular exercise. I like the fact he doesn't rely on machines but knows how to actually massage and manipulate.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Physica by with a painful hip issue. The referring surgeon thought that with physio, I may be able to avoid surgery. thanks to excellent friendly and professional service from Nevine Eskander, I have been able control the problem and am now pain free. I will now begin the GLA:D program to build up strength. A big shout out to Nevine and Physica for highly effective work!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff who were really helpful in organising and planning my care. Treatment is clearly explained and the use of an app to manage the exercises to help my knee heal has been really useful.

Fantastic experience: Always good here. My family have been going here for years. There's usually someone available at short notice if need be but book early if you can. The reception staff are great too, both friendly and professional. The classes are very good.

Positive experience: They are very friendly and helpful. But the knee pain I am suffering from for a very long time, still persists and the physio therapy with ultra sound I underwent on 13-07-24 did not help at all. In fact the pain has increased many fold. Hopefully it will get better after attending some more sessions.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. The regime I have been on since my shoulder surgery has been highly beneficial. In comparison to previous physio by another provider, Physica is superior in so many ways. I have a structured and stage appropriate exercise program and the results in the short time have been attending Physica have been excellent. I highly recommend this practice.

She was able to fit me in quickly after I wait-listed for an appointment and she diagnosed with her usual spot on professionalism, then proceeded with treatment and exercise suggestions. I don’t ever want to go to any other Physio.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! They’ve helped me so much while I’ve been recovering from two fractures in my foot, and I appreciate it so much.

Positive experience: All the original team here are fantastic. I am currently seeing Andi, who is brilliant. I have in the past seen Carolyn and Leesa who are also amazing. They used to be the best most caring practice I have ever been too. Since Physica bought them, new policies from management have made it more about business profit then people. The above Physio's do all they can within the owners’ policies. However, since Physica have taken over the price increases are quite regular. My private health insurance gap in this time has gone from around $12 to $48. The policy that annoys me the most is the policy of treating only one area at a time. The challenge with this is quite often my Migraines can be triggered by the tightening of my neck. This is also caused by lower back tightness. Therefore you can treat the neck without the lower back at the same time and it leaves the triggering factor active.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Physica Yarra Valley has been 5 star from start to finish. The reception staff are all welcoming, kind and efficient. If you want to be placed on a "wait list' they follow through and call you back with cancellations when available. The treatment from my physio, Mrs Andi Dowling has been exceptional. From the results of the treatment to the exercises to do at home, including explanations as to how everything works. There is absolutely no pressure to keep on coming back for more treatment. I highly recommend Pysica Yarra Valley for any physiotherapy care.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a physiotherapist after being struck by a car damaging my knee. I had been elsewhere and wasn’t happy and I felt like I wasn’t improving. A friend suggested I see Leesa Reid. That turned out to be a terrific suggestion. I started to improve after a couple of visits. Leesa Reid’s no nonsense, factual and direct mannerisms gelled perfectly with what I liked and needed. Plus she has an easy to like personality. In addition, the receptionist has a fantastic, welcoming and bubbly personality that leaves you feeling warm, welcome and respected. You couldn’t ask for better. Summing up, this is a great place to come to and have your needs met. I’m impressed with this business.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and knowledgeable staff who fully assessed me and then catered an exercise program to my specific issue. I was very nervous about exercise due to only just recovering from a disk issue and didn't want to aggravate it but Leesa reassured me that as long as I stuck to the exercises they proscribed I should have no issues. She then emailed me a full exercise program with videos. After being told by Drs I would just have to live with the condition and expect flare ups I actually feel very confident now that this won't be the case and as long as I continue with the exercise program I'll be able to manage it well. Ask your Doctor for a care plan to save you a bit of money for the initial 5 visits.

I have major back issues and I’ve been everywhere & anywhere I could. This is where I keep returning. Carolyn is so kind, knowledgeable, friendly and really helps with my back issues. On top of that she was so beautiful with my daughter who I had in tow which was so appreciated as I was in pain and worried that she wouldn’t behave whilst I had the treatment. Fantastic experience: Andi Dowling ,my current physio ,has become my life line for physio treatment and getting me back to normalcy with her treatment plans Her plans and explanations how to manage my back works really work.I know now back injury is for lifetime and I need to Keep up my physio regimens for regaining normalcy She always fits me in in an emergency Physica Chirnside Park has been my physio for the last 20 years and I have always been looked after very well with my other 2physios Albert and Lisa ,who are excellent .I no longer go to my GP for back except for referral for 5 physio Medicare plan

Fantastic experience: Carolyn is fantastic. Fortunately I do not have to use Physica YV to often. When I do Carolyn is so quick to assess and find the problem. Her physio and exercise plan always result in a speedy recovery, getting me back to exercising and keeping fit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I hobbled into Physica Chirnside Park right at the start of Covid quarantine. I consider Andi Dowling to be a MIRACLE WORKER. She not only gave me exercises and ongoing support via email after my initial visit, she explained WHY I was experiencing the leg and back pain and how best to manage it moving forward long term. Every thing Andi suggested and recommended has worked very well. Andi really listens and her bedside manner is second to none. She is very honest about recovery times and the work needed to succeed. The reception staff are as friendly, kind and professional as Andi is. The online booking is a bonus too. I find it easier to book online so I can see at a glance what appointments are available. I 100% recommend Physica Chirnside Park and Andi my WONDERFUL physio in particular.

Fantastic experience: My husband saw Andi Dowling for his arthritic neck and she did an amazing job. His pain and neck movement have improved with her treatment and exercises. She is not only very professional, but very kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with a thigh/ groin strain for over 3-years as a result of a sports injury, decided to do something about it.....should have done it when the issue first occurred! Met with Albert Geuze, who identified the issue, actioned some therapy and outlined some self-managed works and 3 weeks later all good - NO Bloody Fantastic! Highly recommend and don't wait - very worthwhile!
