Fantastic experience: More than just a gym. Truly supportive environment with a focus on holistic fitness: mindset, exercise and nutrition. Whether you’re an experienced gym goer or If you’re looking to improve your health but never quite felt comfortable in a ‘normal’ gym, this is the place for you. Whilst you have the support and guidance of one primary personal trainer, all the trainers work together, know your name and support you in your goals. They push you (in a good way!), keep you accountable yet keep it fun and relaxed. They will tailor a plan to your personal needs & adjust as you improve to keep you motivated and continually progressing. Between your personal training plan, guidance on diet and nutrition and plenty of group classes to choose from you’ll never be bored. All the other members are of a similar mindset and supportive of each other so it’s a very safe and comfortable training environment if you’re not a fan of the big chain gyms and the different types of personalities that sometimes go along with them. My only regret is not joining sooner.

Fantastic experience: You’re not just getting 1 personal trainer, you’re getting the whole team at Mona Vale Vision motivating you. This is what I love about this place. Small gym but it packs a punch of hard working professional personal trainers. My PT John always has something different for me to tackle each session. He knows my limits and pushes me even more which is what I want and need from a PT. Even during this pandemic, I’ve been able to continue my workouts online or follow their FB page and hit up one of their energy busting workouts of the day. My 74 year old mother has been going here for years and then encouraged me to join. So it’s a gym for all ages and all abilities. ‍♀️ ‍♀️‍♂️‍♀️

The staff, lead by John the Director are personal trainers who are experts in training and education on nutrition , fitness and lifestyle balance and , who are so encouraging and supportive in assisting their clients to reach their personal goals. It’s always such fun keeping up my fitness and health training with members of the Vision Mona Vale community who over my ten years of being a member have now become lifelong friends.

Fantastic experience: More than just a gym, Vision Mona Vale is my social centre where I have made many friends with similar goals and aspirations. The weight loss program works, but don't be in a hurry to leave once you have reached that first goal. I have been a regular at Vision Mona Vale for more than seven years, and I still find it stimulating and challenging. If you are in a fitness rut, you will find the Vision studio friendly and non judgmental. After all, we have all been in the same place and we applaud everyone's success.

Fantastic experience: Great team that are able to get some amazing results. Really recognise that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to weight loss and training and customised their approach to fit my needs. I've been going to Vision Mona Vale for a couple of years now, initially to loose weight and then more recently to get fitness and strength gains and both worked great. I also know of other people, including close friends, that have been able to get some life changing weight loss results. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for personal training on the Northern Beaches to lose weight, prepare for an event or just achieve some personal fitness and strength goals.

Fantastic experience: Since 2010 I have been a true believer that it is possible to change your life through understanding the connection between food and exercise. Steve Grant and his team at Vision Personal Training Mona Vale gave me the tools and motivation to lose 15kgs and at age 60 become a runner having since competed in events from 5kms to half marathons. There are no magic diets or shortcuts in the Vision program but real lifestyle benefits and improvements in health. My next adventure is to run the famed Bay2Breakers in San Francisco all possible because of a chance breakfast talk with Steve in 2010. Take a chance and try for yourself. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
