Fantastic experience: I recently tried peak physique studio, and honestly, it was a game changer. The heat really pushed me to stretch further than I usually would, and the sweat factor is real – you’re definitely getting a full-body workout. The instructor Jay was super welcoming, and the atmosphere was chill. If you’re looking for a challenging class that leaves you feeling both relaxed and energized, this place is solid. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to step up their fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for almost a year using both class pass and directly booking with the studios and have had a great experience. Great for beginners and both the yoga teachers and community of yogis are incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend booking in here.

Negative experience: Learn some decency, do not charge as ClassPass NO show when you are unable to employ someone to let people in. Scammers!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at peak physique prospect. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and the yoga instructor was fantastic made us work hard and felt amazing! Will definitely be back again!

Negative experience: This place is a scam. Booked via Classpass. Arrived a few minutes before and the doors are closed. Banged hard, called, rang bell, no response at all. Now class pass has done a 15$ penalty for cancellation. Surely, there are better ways to make money, don't cheat people.

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear of your negative experience. I am slightly confused by this as I can not find your name in our system (are you under another name). Also I am confused by the ringing of the bell? We do not have a bell at our studio. Could you have attended the wrong studio by chance? UPDATE- I have just spoken with classpass and they have said 'I have checked Samya Bagchi's reservation records on ClassPass, and I can confirm that this user does not have any bookings at Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect through ClassPass.'
Fantastic experience: I had never done Yoga before let alone hot yoga. Jay is friendly and welcoming. A very friendly atmosphere, I recommend Jay's studio to anyone who is interested in yoga

Negative experience: I arrived there a couple of min before 6am, literally the door was locked and I shouted for 10min to open the door in the dark. First time joining it the google map didnt bring me the exact place but next street, having said that I wasnt late at all. If i cannot get refund I’ll look for any evidence that I arrived before 6

Thank you so much for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you missed the class. As you can see from the cctv screenshot we sent you, the studio doors closed a couple of seconds after 6am. Unfortunately we are unable to open the doors once class has started regardless of banging on the doors or yelling out profanities, so we do apologise for the negative experience that you have had at Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect. What I am grateful for is this review as it does highlight the importance of ensuring that you allow extra time to arrive especially as a new student, so that you are able to familiarise yourself with our space. We certainly hope that you do continue or start your yoga practice where ever you choose. Kindest Regards.

Fantastic experience: Jay provides a yoga studio like no other. Peak Physique is home of an amazing yogi community and instructors. Jay would have to be one of the most knowledgeable yogi instructors I’ve ever met, you just need to attend one of his classes to find this out for yourself. #1 yoga studio in SA.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming to new members and members of varying ability. There is no pressure to keep up with more challenging movements and progressions/regressions are presented so you can push at your own pace. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking to try yoga and hot yoga

Fantastic experience: So much positive energy in this studio the minute you walk in. Instructors are very encouraging and friendly and a beautiful space. Great variety of classes to choose from. Jay is a great owner who makes you feel very welcome. The hot classes will push you but are 100% worth it everytime. Feels like my second home

Fantastic experience: Peak Physique has done wonders for my recovery from surgeries and strengthening my core to allow me to operate with strength daily. I love how Jay and the other trainers talk through the whole class and run through how your body should be placed and set in each stance to help with no injuries, whilst they explain you makes you check and adjust. The people are very friendly and has a lovely community vibe. Jays humor will always have you giggling.. I love this yoga studio..
We love everything about you Lisa. You infectious smile and willingness to push yourself. As for Jay we do apologise for him, for he knows not what he does ;-) hahaha.
Negative experience: Mask extremists really do exist thanks to the scamdemic of the century.

Fantastic experience: I have achieved so much since entering this amazing space for the first time over 2 months ago. Hot yoga has become part of my morning routine and I feel like a new person - at least 15 years younger with motivation and energy that I can't remember ever having. It is a beautiful, clean studio that offers a variety of levels and temperatures of yoga classes. I love being challenged by the hottest one called "Hot Vinyasa" once a week, and also enjoy both Warm and Hot Physique. Jay is both the business owner and a teacher (one of about 5 gorgeous, talented people) and he is friendly and welcoming. I feel lucky to live so close - hot yoga has become an essential part of my daily routine.

Negative experience: Edit to response: Hi owner, potentially you have the wrong person as I have never been to yoga in my life. Please attempt to contact us again as we have not received any attempt at communication. Have never done yoga before, thought we would try something new. Being new we didn’t even think to bring a mat. Rather than offer to buy one we were turned away. She instead tried to up sell the 5 for $20 pass even though we had already purchased passes then were sent away and told a manager would call us about rebooking. She was rude, condescending and uninviting. It was awful and completely ruined the experience.

It is such a shame to hear of your negative experience with Peak Physique Hot Yoga Prospect, especially when you already have experience the amazing studios of Peak Physique previously. I did try to reach out to you on a personal basis, however the number is not available to call. Rest assured as you would of seen when you walked into the reception area, we do have mats for sale on our sales display case. Due to covid19 restrictions we do not offer hire mats and due to feedback we do not directly offer to sell our mats, but they are visible in the reception area.
Once again I am sorry to hear of your negative experience and we do hope that you enjoy your yoga practice where ever you chose to practice.
Fantastic experience: EVERY experience level catered for! When I started 12 months ago I never dreamed what a difference it would make to my fitness level. I was seeking a balance to the sport I was playing, with less impact and a more holistic approach to my wellbeing. The studio is run exceptionally professionally by a fabulous studio owner who is dedicated to yoga as a practice; the teachers are absolutely delightful, friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable and the membership is warm and inviting. The schedule is jammed packed many options for classes. The intro weekly pass is a great way to try before you buy - and you will ;-)

Fantastic experience: I’ve always found it hard to find an exercise that I actually enjoy. Hot yoga at Peak Physique Prospect is that and so much more. The prospect studio has given me a place to exercise my body and quiet my mind. The studio has such a lovely feel and an amazing sense of community and connectedness. Each teacher brings their own amazing set of values to each class and Jay, the studio owner, will instantly bring a smile to your face. I can not recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: Can’t rave about Peak Physique Prospect enough! Jay and his team have created a sense of community that makes you feel right at home as soon as you step through the door. It’s also a space you can enjoy for yourself and focus on your practice. My fitness level has improved significantly, I have experienced weight loss, my skin feels smoother and softer, and best of all, I have so much more energy now than I’ve ever had before! I love it! So much so that I have also recently completed my 200hr teacher training and obtained my Master Yoga Certification with Jay as the facilitator and it was an AMAZING experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their mental and physical wellbeing!
Negative experience: I joined a few days ago on the introductory pass. I have a sense of humour like anyone else, but I think sarcasm is really lost on a first time customer who doesn't know you or the studio and may be apprehensive of starting at a new venue. When a first time customer asks you really simple questions - perhaps being informative, rather than sarcastic would make them feel more at ease? I left the venue feeling like I was a burden rather than welcomed. Just some food for thought.

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing at this amazing studio for 6 months now. During that time the instructors have all made me feel super welcome. It definitely has the feel of a community. There is a good variety of sessions you can attend at a variety of time slots to suit your schedule. There are hot practices with Jay if you want a challenge, warm practices with Vani if you want a mellow strech in places you havent stretched for a while and everything in between, oh and if u want a session packed with dad jokes Dani can help you out . If you talk to any of the instructors about your individual needs they will tailor the class or suggest modifications to suit you. The memebership pricing is very good compared to some other studios around the place and the value you get far exceeds the price. Try the $25 for 2 weeks unlimited intro pass. That's what i started with. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone who wants to improve thier physical fitness, calmness of mind and general wellbeing. See you on the matts
Fantastic experience: There aren't many things I will get up at 5am for - but I will get up a hot yoga class at Peak Physique Prospect! Jay and his team ensure your body and mind are always challenged and I feel amazing after every class. For me, its not just about the external changes - although I am definitely stronger - but how much calmer, grounded and positive I feel since I joined the studio.
Fantastic experience: My 2nd favourite place to be (home being the 1st)! I did one week trial but after just one visit, I was in love and knew I wanted to sign up right away. The instructors are super friendly and accommodating. I feel completely comfortable there. Never thought I could enjoy hot yoga as much as I do but I'm so glad I did join. Great space, great people!
