Positive experience: Kids enjoyed their time there

Negative experience: My son was not happy with the birthday party he attended. The kids played for 30 mins. Then they had some food, arranged by the parents, and after eating the kids were not allowed to play anymore as their hands were 'contaminated'. I agree kids can be greasy, but with a proper cleaning process the kids don't have to be ripped off of the fun. The parents paying for this venue were also ripped off.

Fantastic experience: After an initial confusion where the staff thought my daughter was part of the birthday party, they were extremely accommodating to provide a really great experience. A special mention to Thomas for being super awesome. Definitely recommend this venue and we’ll certainly be back here.

Negative experience: I’m really not impressed with the birthday parties that are held here. $33 for an hour of running around, kids get 1 bottle of water, 1 plate and 1 serviette…. No more. Total waste of money! On top of that I need to provide my own food and extra drinks if the kids wanted it, so this was an additional $500. There was no contact regarding the party unlike other places who contact you to confirm bookings, I had to contact them to make sure our booking was still ok as trying to reorganise 30 kids would be difficult. I didn’t bring a knife with me to cut the cake as I was unaware they wouldn’t have one we could use and was given paddle pop sticks and a plastic dinner knife to cut the cake.the lolly boxes they give out are cheap hard lollies and are in no a suitable for children as they’re a choking hazard. All parents that attended with their kids also commented on how they wouldn’t have there parties here and how unorganised things were.

Fantastic experience: We've been coming here for a while and our little ninjas are getting quite strong, the kids classes are fantastic. Thanks to the staff for the effort and fun for our sons birthday party, we had a wonderful day and the kids ran out lots of energy.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! My son is in his third class and I've definitely seen progress already. It's given him the confidence to try other sports and boosted his overall fitness already. He absolutely loves it. The instructors are very patient and encouraging and they are able to keep the kids focused and safely under control. The gym is run so well, everyone is friendly, professional and its nice and clean. My son can’t wait to have his birthday there as well.

Positive experience: Kids enjoyed the 1 hour activity on the obstacles, but the party room had minimal organisation, had to ask for waters to be brought out for the children and lolly boxes were handed out by staff rather than the birthday boy

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. Took my 5.5 years old to a casual session three weeks ago, the staff were unexperienced. There were three staff, two of them were focusing on one boy and the third staff member was just observing the other kids. There were no instructions on how to do things or minimum safety guidelines. Long story short my boy broke his elbow, accidents do happen but if he was given basic instructions or safety guidelines maybe it could have been prevented. When the accident happen two mothers jumped on board to help and the staff didn’t know what to do. All what I got back from the place was a call the next day and offering a free class. That place is horrible, all staff are juniors, not well trained, bad management and very disrespectful.

Positive experience: My son loved his time here. Asked to go back, so we will. The staff members seemed alright, but probably need a bit more enthusiasm while working with kids. The party room was quite small, a hot box and didn't seem to be covid safe. This being the only real negative, it is definitely worth trying for yourselves!

Fantastic experience: Great time with kid's had a magical workout and awesome day great friendly staff and well airconditioned being a warm day outside.

Negative experience: Family birthday party Sunday 1 August. Staff were pleasant but 'hands off' after a bit of an introductory session. Family members were left to supervise children while the two staff on duty sat in their office.busy on their screens. The whole place needs a really good clean and some of the mats are torn or do not fit gaps adequately. There was no attempt to do any cleaning or sanitising between birthday parties, some rubbish bins did not have lids and the basin in the bathroom was turning pink.

Fantastic experience: Kids enjoyed the centre. They ask participants to sanitise. With parties no food or drink supplied. Bottle of water and handful of lollies are part of the package.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility to suit all, was impressed to see the variety of memberships and how well the coaches cater for everyone with a friendly , encouraging and professional approach. The environment itself encourages you to try new things and with the quality coaching combined, you'll always feel challenged and always leave a better person than you arrived, looking forward to getting back there soon.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Ninja HQ! Can't think of a better way to workout along side my kids. Learning new skills, meeting new friends, getting stronger and having lots of fun. The Ninja Mums class is fantastic. We work hard, are pushed by our awesome trainers and have the opportunity to work on goals that we set. I feel stronger and more confident every week. And the kids class, I love seeing my kids more and more confidant every week, smashing goals, and loving their time spent in class. Great trainers! Great gym. Highly recommend it To everyone. What a fun way to get fit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking the boxing classes for few months and I’m loving it! Lenny, Leigh and all the team are great, the facilities and location are great.

Fantastic experience: I trained Muay Thai here with Lenny. I was completely shattered by the end of the session and absolutely brilliant workout which pushed me to my limits. The ninja HQ is also amazingly impressive, it’s a massive adult playground. Highly recommend if you want to be put through your paces. 5/5!

Fantastic experience: Lenny and Leigh are the ultimate ninjas. Thanks guys, really enjoy training with you. If you want a push out of your comfort zone and to learn new skills then this gym is for you. really enjoy the boxing, great to not feel intimidated in the classes as a woman.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful mums and bubs sessions at Australia Ninja HQ! My 8 month old George and I attend the mums and bubs group fitness sessions three times a week with trainer Jacara (mother of 2 young boys). The babies/children safely play with toys in the middle of the training space while we exercise around them. Jacara tailors the exercises to each mums fitness level and settles and cuddles the little ones if the need some comfort. I highly recommend Australia Ninja HQ for anyone considering mums and bubs fitness classes. A great way to get back into exercise postnatally!

Negative experience: We called to book. Were told there would be no need. They confirmed they'd be open. They weren't. One very disappointed birthday boy. Shame I can't give zero stars.
