Fantastic experience: The Best Gym in the Area by far! welcoming, great team, great people and everyone feels comfortable no matter what your level is. And the prices are unmatched.

Positive experience: Well they're a small group and that means you get the personal attention you'd miss in the larger gyms. The members are friendly. Staff knowledgeable and the location is easily accessible. Three stars because the singles are hit harder on fees than couples.but apart from the higher costs associated with a small gym I was pleasantly surprised at the few sessions I spent there.. In the end I went with the large gym for economic reasons...but I may go back to fit station in the future.. Some staff were particularly easy to get on with others quite different and didn't match my expectations. But all staff are indeed knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, non intimidating, friendly gym. Loving the classes and the trainers are terrific, so helpful and passionate about teaching correct and safe technique.

Fantastic experience: I have always dreamt of joining a gym like this but was always a little nervous. Joining The Fit Station almost a year ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It's a community like no other, the support and encouragement is just simply amazing. The variety of workouts cater for everyone from beginner to advanced and everyone just goes at their own pace, there's no competition. The coaches are truly wonderful people and will always make you feel comfortable and welcome. The friendliest bunch of people you will ever meet. Did I mention the music? The best tunes to get you in the mood. My favourite classes are Grit and the strength classes and I just keep coming back for more. They also have a kids area free of charge fully equipped to keep the kids entertained while you train, which is very convenient. I highly recommend The Fit Station to anyone and everyone!! Grab a free 7 day pass and come check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Ahh The Fit Station...my home from home... my personal escape from the day to day. I've done over 1,200 classes here during the last 5+yrs (so I must really like it) BUT I'm not a gym junkie, far from it, I'm simply finding the time, every week to prioritise my mental and physical health; sometimes I am really healthy, and have weight loss goals, sometimes I don't, and I'm just there to move my body, or occasionally burn off the booze and carbs.... the constant though is Kelly and her team, who are ALWAYS positive, energetic, fun, welcoming, kind and generous and when I need it.. they can be bossy too and make sure I'm working to my max. Now even my husband and teenage daughter join in too!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. It’s always been a very inclusive, no fuss, positive environment where members support each other and kids are welcome (in the kid area where you can see them the whole time!) The trainers are amazing- approachable, positive, take the time to cater things to your capabilities and nurture any niggles you may have. I’m so grateful for Kelly and her team

Fantastic experience: The Fit Station is a great training facility with a great variety of classes for all strength and fitness levels. The trainers are extremely caring and helpful and genuinely care about your over all health. Encouraging each other to eat well and move your body is their main focus and goal. I feel as a mum of two young children the Fit Station is a place I can go with like minded people and workout at my pace, have great uplifting conversations and leave feeling better than I arrived. I would like to thank Sarah, Kelly, Kat & Nicole for the great workouts and support you have offered especially when having injuries but still wanting to move and recover as well as possible. I also would like to add the fact that I have the choice to bring my kids if required is a huge bonus and I am so glad I can show my children the importance of fitness from such a young age.

Fantastic experience: After doing a 7 day free trial, I signed up as a member! Love the atmosphere, variety of classes and the option of open gym to go do your own workout whenever suits. It's perfect for busy mums with kids in tow, as they also have a great (sectioned off) kids area. Highly recommend to any mum trying to get back into fitness! The trainers are supportive, enthusiastic and oh so helpful with babies if they're being a bit cranky during the class

I have always been someone who has been reluctant and nervous to join group exercise due to my own self esteem. When my friend suggested joining Fit Station I was scared nervous, thinking I won’t be able keep up or I will for sure embarrass myself, but it wasn’t like that at all!! Kelly and her team are amazing each coach has their own story their own journey and the best thing about everyone the members the coaches is that there is no judgment. Everyone’s a winner!!! Its also extremely affordable compared to alot of other gyms. Love the whole family friendly inclusive vibe!

Fantastic experience: I started training at The Fit Station 1 year after giving birth to my second child, and I have never been fitter or stronger. There are classes to suit everyone, the coaches are incredible and my kids love the play area. Even my husband was hooked after completing a 6 week challenge. Bringing the kids along and working out along side my husband is something that no other gym in our area offers. We love The Fit Station!
