Club Lime Redcliffe

Fantastic experience: Coach Charlotte has been fantastic to work with - she has been helping me achieve my food and fitness goals for the past 3 months. The gym is very clean, well equipped and nice staff.

Negative experience: Staff hours are minimal. Considering can't use the sauna outside staffed hours they really are rubbish hours. Where is decent hours for Saturday and Sunday day when people have time to train and use the sauna. Look an Teneriffe staff hours. Why has redcliffe not got the same?

Negative experience: I went 3 times in the first 2 weeks last year and havnt been since so I don’t find it out of reach to honour next months fee waived. I requested to cancel on the 2nd of January with no corrospondance then again on the 12th of January. Your portal is not easily usable and I was unable to find the link to cancel obviously. When a customer requests in writing twice that should be honoured.

Fantastic experience: Convenient location, it's in the Bluewaters shopping centre,( you can go shopping after the exercises). Good equipment, good classes, friendly staff, even sauna is there! 24 hours excess, prices are reasonable and you can postpone your membership for a lower price and as long as you need

Negative experience: Don't bother going, personal trainer ghosted me, angry people in the gym standing In front of my machine staring at me until I'm done with my machine even though I just finished. Also quite small, so if it's busy you probably won't have a chance to get any equipment, my suggestion, Gold's gym

The new equipment has been great and it’s always clean and tidy. The gym is always immaculate and there’s never anything broken. Highly recommend Club Lime.

Negative experience: Do not join this gym unless you like having money stripped from your account. My membership and my partners membership has been cancelled the way Club Lime requested it to be done through their less than average website. Cancellation needed to be done with 4 weeks notice, which was done. This place has been trying to fraudulently take money from my account over a month after the memberships were cancelled. I have contacted my bank to block the fraudulent direct debits and they have gone to the trouble of changing their Merchant ID’s after ANZ successfully blocked their first lot of fraudulent direct debits. I have contacted the ACCC and will be going to the office of fair trading tomorrow. There are comments all over Facebook from other customers having the same issue. They have even gone as far as to try and create a paper trail and reactivate my membership on the online members portal to try and justify there illegal direct debits. Luckily I had taken screenshots of my members portal last week which confirmed my cancellation of my membership. It is now showing today that my membership is active again. This has all happened after I conveniently got an email from the unknown staff member from the Redcliffe club today. Nice try guys, enjoy dealing with The Office of Fair Trading.

Negative experience: Flying up from Sydney to Brisbane - wanted to access the gym over the Xmas break. 24/7 access only applies to members. Calculated that for the 3 days it would cost me around $100 to become a member and for the first entire month. Was happy to pay this premium to be able to go for 3 days, however due to insurance reasons and red tape there was just no way for them to be able to onboard me without taking my picture in person and they were not allowed to give the tag to anyone who could pick it up before my arrival. Gym not staffed any of the public holidays so couldn't do it on arrival myself. Paperwork just gets so difficult these days - you can't even overpay for 3 gym visits.

Fantastic experience: After four years of being unable to train and being towards the older end of things I was pretty nervous about getting back into a gym. I needn't have worried. On every level it has been a great experience. I took out a general membership which was incredibly good value and affordable. This gives me 24/7 access and included area whole range of classes with instructors and video classes I can access when convenient. Joining was straightforward and my requirements around medical conditions accomodated without fuss and with respect. The facilities and equipment are up to date, well maintained and of a very high standard. There are also enough machines, weights, mats etc so that it is very rare to have to wait. I also signed up for personal training, in this case with Tracey O'Neil. This was a fine decision. After the years of not training Tracey worked with me to set goals which I was comfortable with but which under her guidance were quickly achieved and exceeded. She listened to and took into account what I told her about my history and where I thought I was at which hadn't always been my experience in the past. Working together she designed a programme that constantly challenged and stretched me but never felt excessive or risky. This gave me the confidence and motivation to work independently as well as in our sessions. Finally one of the great plusses of Club Line is that the diversity of its membership.It really is an inclusive gym where everyone can feel safe, comfortable and welcome. Staff are attentive and responsive and my experience is that the membership is very respectful of each other. All round a great experience and I'm looking forward to getting back in there when I get back later in the year.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my 3.5 years at Club Lime. Great staff and trainers, many great clients and a great vibe too. I am certainly going to miss the place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely one off, if not the best GYM I have been to over the years, the group fitness trainers are so supportive and amazing and has a community feel in the classes. the premises are always clean and up to date. love it here

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to Join I suggest going in, the online pictures make it seem way smaller than it is. The staff are epic and friendly. I've paid alot more for alot less. So far it's one of the best. Clean, up to date equip, and staff that treat you like old mates. Love it!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for many years and even through the transition from health works to club lime it was very smooth, fairly quick renovations and the team were very helpful. The best thing about this gym is the culture, there is a great mix of members, as someone that's not very fit I feel comfortable here. Thanks guys!

The classes are sometimes tough but so rewarding. All the trainers really care and give just the right amount of encouragement. The Facility is super clean and during this COVID time especially so - I highly recommend Club Lime Redcliffe - you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all amazing. The whole club is kept spotless and covid rules are strongly enforced. Very friendly and surportive group which makes it a pleasure to train. I mainly do group classes and the girls are all fantastic in their own quirky ways. Belinda cannot be forgotten, if you have a problem of any sort she is onto it straight away. Fantastic experience: Clublime Redcliffe is the best gym on the Pennisula. The manager Belinda Hodges is absolutely amazing. She is always willing to go far and beyond to help current members or anyone that walks into Clublime to help. She always has a positive attitude and greets you with a beautiful smile. All the trainers in all the classes are also amazing and helpful which shows they are all a positive, hard-working team. I absolutely love my Redcliffe gym .

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to what is now Club Lime for several decades now, under its various incarnations. Location is perfect - top floor of a small shopping mall in Redcliffe - with views of Moreton Bay from the treadmills, loads of free undercover parking, and coffee shops, medical practices, post office, supermarkets, pharmacy, newsagency, etc, on the first floor. Big exercise area, numerous instructor-led classes, virtual (video) classes, and plenty of equipment. I've been training on the treadmills, cross trainers and stair machines here for treks like Kokoda and Kilimanjaro over the years too. These days, I do bike, pump and pilates classes regularly with lovely instructors, as well as free weights and weight/cable machine sessions. Personal instructors are available. The admin staff are brilliant. The other Club members are really friendly, and my wife and I have formed some lasting friendships based on the gym. After Saturday morning spin class, a group of us now regularly go off for coffee - stemming purely from the fact we see each other at the same class, week-in/week-out. There's no judgement here - we're all different shapes and sizes and fitness levels. A great gym!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend to come check this gym out I was very impressed by the overall experience the staff were really friendly and were able to answer all my questions with ease very clean and covid safe facility state of the art equipment and a kids creche as well I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and family

Positive experience: That place use to be a better gym before it becomes Club Lime. They did a renovation in there and they got rid of a functional room with pull up bars, squat racks, boxing bag to replace it with room just with bikes. It still the best gym in the area and the staff working there are really good. I wish they never did that renovation in there.

Positive experience: The last 2 weeks the air conditioning is way to cold , 2/ 10 /20 it's so cold I can't wait to leave. I have been going to healthworks for 22 years now club lime Redcliffe. Have to go to other gym if it doesn't get turned down. Tony Chan Thankyou I arrived at gym today 3/ 10/ 20 & the temperature is just right. Had a very enjoyable workout. Ohh forgot to mention how lovely all the staff are at Redcliffe Club Lime.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! In this time of uncertainty this business has seen fit to make their allied health workers REDUNDANT!! Instead of working with clients that really need this service they could have organised one on one in home assistance, small sessions in parks and other locations or any number of other options. I'm sure they will be putting their hand out for all the business incentives available from state and federal governments, how about taking care of your clients!!
