Fantastic experience: Great martial arts gym I've been training every day at Double Dragon for the last few months, but unfortunately now I have to go back home to Germany. Nevertheless, I enjoyed every second of the training. The trainers are super friendly and professional, the community and atmosphere is always great and I even loved the music during every training session. Hopefully there will be something like that again in Germany. If you live in Sydney and want to do martial arts, definitely train at Double Dragon. see you soon guys, your two germans

Fantastic experience: Only recently joined up about a month ago but already couldn’t recommend this place higher. Having never stepped foot in a gym like this ever I’ve quickly found myself loving coming in every time. Rowan, Shane are both great coaches and clearly know they’re sport super well. The atmosphere at the gym is also definitely a massive plus - they’ve done an amazing job at creating such a great community

Positive experience: We tried a few gyms in the area, these guys got it just right! MUCH better than the other gyms. There is a goal for every activity we do, not only focusing on sweating it off. We learn the techniques and get to practice them through structured shadow boxing, sparing, and pad work. We also go to Strength and training classes, which are a good level of challenging and fun. The coaches do tweak your stance, footwork, and techniques. This makes it more fun as it ensures we Don't get injured One of the coaches often get us to do extra do group activity and workout after class which is the BEST. My only gripe is that there are just so many people in the boxing classes that there isn't enough space or opportunity to have more time with the coach. Plus as women...we're not always treated as part of the boys club...so when forced to swap partners I'm always left out...not a great feeling. Otherwise, I totally recommend it! such a great way to spend evenings after work.

Fantastic experience: First time walking into a combat sport gym and they all made me feel incredibly welcome, they genuinely care about you and the teaching style is everything but patronising. Signed up for the full membership right away.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches who actually care about your development and goals. Nice, comfortable atmosphere in the gym. Best part about this gym is that they can get you competition ready in a relatively short time period. Very practical, realistic drills in the classes.

Fantastic experience: Shane, Rowan, Trent and Kai are all great coaches with plenty of knowledge and experience. There is a great sense of community in the gym, and you feel improvement after each session.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly supportive and welcoming environment open to a very diverse audience. Trans-friendly, though the facilities the gym rents doesn't have a third bathroom so non-binary people have to choose but are free to do so. The coaches have been a great help to me over the two and a half years I've been coming here, an enthusiastically gave me the space to train in a different way when a disability prevented me doing some things. The philosophy is to support each individual to do everything that they can.

Fantastic experience: Two years since the little one started and almost a years since I've started. I like these guys. They care, they make it fun, they make it hard and productive. Kids love it. Fantastic experience: I feel like ive been dreaming of dragon power since i was a kid, and now it's finally here. Instructors are amazingly helpful! Like a 2nd family to run off with, a family that beats up one another! Perfect in everyway! Except one. We had a male in his 20s of seemingly Arabia decent try a free lesson one day. This young man was very disrespeftful to the instructors. Cracking jokes at their expense in front of everyone. The instructor had to kick him out because he Krakd a phat

Professional instructors teach a wide variety of martial arts and fitness classes. $35 per week for 3 classes and access to a weights area before/after training is great value in my opinion. Can't beat hitting the pads after a stressful day at work.

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym from Canada for a one off boxing session. The gym was great, the class was physical, technical and we sweated buckets. Absolutely brilliant. If I come back to live in Sydney, I would definitely join this gym. The boxing coach Mick, was a gem and very experienced. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Been there 5 years doing personal training with Shane Greenwood and can't recommend it highly enough. First of all I was 110kg when I first got there and Shane got me down to 70kg in 5 - 6 months. Was then taught kickboxing with all the thai grappling moves, and when I decided to join the police Shane was flexible enough to put together a program that made sure the physical test was a breeze. Wouldn't change gyms for the world if I wasn't moving interstate - LH.

Fantastic experience: Started attending Double Dragon "Tuff Mothers" class for a different kind of fitness. Loved the mix of functional training and the kickboxing. The awesome coaches know how to get the best from you and have a limitless amount of patience (they sure needed it with me) The rest of my family have now joined in with the kids attending Kung Fu and my husband does the boxing classes. It's a great, we'll run, professional gym for all ages and abilities.
