Fantastic experience: Fernwood Gregory Hills is an amazing gym with a welcoming and supportive vibe! The staff are friendly, the equipment is well-maintained and the group classes are fantastic. The trainers are always helpful, and you won’t find a cleaner gym, the cleaning lady reminds me of my mum with how spotless she keeps it! It’s the perfect place to work out, stay motivated and be part of a great community. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: A gym should be a place for health and wellness, not violence. The behavior in the Fit 30 class with Hanan is unacceptable. While it’s bad enough for members to be fighting, it’s completely unacceptable—and illegal—for a trainer to have violent outbursts against innocent members.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fernwood Gregory Hills since it opened, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Sanela, Uma and the entire team are nothing short of amazing. Beautiful women that go above and beyond to help their members. The atmosphere is so empowering, filled with support and genuine friendships. It’s a space where you can be yourself, work on your goals, and celebrate each other’s achievements without judgment. Fernwood has had such a positive impact on my physical and mental health. I’m so grateful to be part of this wonderful community, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I currently use reformer Pilates and Fit 30. Absolutely love the workouts, staff and facilities.

I can’t thank the team and trainers enough for their encouragement. Highly recommend… very clean and simply enjoyable place to train when wanting to improve on your health.

Fantastic experience: It's been just over a year since I joined here. I'd say it's the best gym. Clean facilities, friendly staff, various classes, everything is good. I really love the classes of various intensity levels that I can choose from depending on my physical condition. It's still perfect, but I think it would be good if there were more diverse exercise equipment. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a very consistent and loyal member of Fernwood since 2019 (started at another branch) and as a seasoned, “veteran” member I can confidently recommend Fernwood Gregory Hills above all other locations I’ve visited. I’m so glad I transferred my membership from another branch to Gregory Hills. The Staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and very accommodating. They’ve handled my suggestions and concerns flawlessly and never made me feel ignored. Safety, cleanliness, security and privacy are always their priority. All instructors they employ are professionals in their field. Their equipment selection is impressive, and though they are smaller than other locations, they are definitely better equipped. Higher quality and commercial grade, better placement so the gym floor is not overcrowded with unnecessary equipment, always maintained well. I’ve been with them for almost 9 months and I look forward to many more years with them. I really hope they get the recognition they deserve. They should be nominated ‘Club of The Year’ for the upcoming Fernwood awards. You have my vote.

Fantastic experience: INCREDIBLE Service is an understatement for Fernwood Gregory Hills! The owners and staff members are exceptional, enthusiastic, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I love their HIT classes, Reformer and ground floor Pilates. The best part after a workout is using the Sauna which helps to detox and relax your body. I am so happy to have this gym close to me. It's a super clean and organised gym, their bathrooms have lockers and showers. I pretty much live here some days between training, sauna, shower and utilising the members lounge. Well done to the ladies running this place!! <3

Thank you Cas! Also a shout out to the entire team who took care of my membership from day one. Extremely professional and efficient. And to the ladies on duty who aren't afraid to help me with my form – the support is tremendous at Fernwood Gregory Hills!!

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Gregory hills is amazing! I’ve been going to Fernwood for a bit and transferred to the Gregory hills one a couple of months ago. They girls at reception are always so helpful and always greet me by name whenever I walk in. I also do PT with Myra which I really enjoy as well! The gym is always tidy and just such a great atmosphere 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since it first opened up. I could have joined any gym in the area but I chose the Fernwood Gregory hills branch for its impeccable customer service and professionalism. The owner and staff were very friendly and supportive and weren't pushy for me to sign up. They provided me with all the necessary information, i.e. available virtual and live classes, creche, additional costs for Pilates and an infrared Sauna room plus several other services. Recently they also launched a salon called Calm Moments Beauty which is located in the gym the owner Melissa is very approachable and has years of experience (I also loved the facial products). I recently tried the 45-minute facial and felt so refreshed afterwards as it also includes a mini massage. I will book in again to try the full body massage. You can find Mel on Instagram and Facebook. Since Fernwood is a female-only gym, the staff send you an email to let you know if and when workers will be attending the gym and signs are up everywhere plus staff check and remind you so that’s a bonus. It doesn’t happen often just when the equipment needs maintenance etc, usually in the late afternoon. So if you are looking for a cosy gym that opens 24hrs, a PT, and amazing instructors to help you get in shape this is definitely the right place.

Fantastic experience: Tt's great to be able to exercise confidently and know that you will get results that you can see. I was a member of another Fernwood club; However, I just found Gregory Hills club just more accommodating and welcoming. The creshe staff are amazing and so is every team member that I dealt with. The club offers many classes that suits all styles and references and I like the fact that I can plan my whole week with the booking system that is in place.

Positive experience: All staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Most instructors are very good too except one who I refuse to take her classes if her class is the only class that day. I would rather go use the equipment. I don’t like the way she talk to the customer in the class, very rude, especially she on the microphone which she does it all the time. Once the first time customer walked out off her class after she said something very rude and I don’t blame that customer for doing that. I would do the same. She can be tough and rough but rude is never acceptable.

Facilities always clean and tidy, creche team are absolutely fantastic, and all staff there are friendly and helpful Bit on the expensive side for membership but definitely worth it as it's not intimidating like other gyms and is very comfortable

Fantastic experience: Such a amazing gym and I really like the safety of the gym and the exclusiveness to people who are members I personally think all the girls that work there are super friendly and it’s a very clean gym and high quality machines also taking my kids with me to the crèche is a plus the service is exceptional and my kids really enjoy going there !! All staff will answer any questions you have Also I read one bad review staff are just sticking to the policy they have been provided with.

Fantastic experience: I just joined Gym after probably 10 years of pause on exercise. I felt safe in their Gym and they helped me out with a smile on their face when I had any silly questions. It is so clean and beautifully designed and gym equipment is top of the range (machines have big screens ) I am super excited about my 2022 Gym journey !!!

Negative experience: I’m a pregnant woman in her third trimester who was shopping at base warehouse Gregory Hills when I urgently needed to go toilet with no toilet in sight I ran over to fernwood where I asked to use their toilet. The receptionist said hold on I’ll ask, I was then greeted by another worker who said “are you a member” to which I replied “no but I’m about to pee myself” clearly with my huge noticeable bump she proceeded to say “No go ask UFC gym” wow talk about female empowerment. LUCKILY Ufc had nice enough staff to let me use their toilet :)
