All the instructors and students are very supportive, it’s a judgment-free zone, no previous aerial or pole skills are required to have fun. You’re bound to find something you’re into, if you make the best of your intro offer of 10 classes for $99 to be used within 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place and people here!!!! Jen- the studio manager is super friendly and taking care of “student” Shout out to my intructors Mon for the silk class and Nin for Lyra. They are absolutely amazing. Mon always brings a very positive vibe, attend her class is like a therapy session! And Nin who always taking care of each student very patiently to make sure no one be left behind. If you find a place to start your dancing journey or event just trial something new here is place for you. Absolutely love it!!!!

All the staff and instructors are super lovely and are wanting you to be the best version of you possible. All the other students are also super lovely and it’s always a good time. Fantastic experience: At PADCS, I always feel encouraged to constantly kick goals and get better at something I love which is silks ! With the help of the best teachers Mon and Sara. Mon has been my teacher since I was in beginner level and she always takes time to try different approaches to teach as we all learn differently. Thanks Mon you rock! Love this place, these awesome supportive teachers and love silks! Such a cute little wholesome place to get away and just have fun

Fantastic experience: I love any opportunity I get to come and dance with Kristy Lee at Pole Divas Caroline Springs. I drive an hour each way to get to the studio and it’s worth every second. The mental boost is receive after having a dance with her puts a huge smile on my face! Not to mention the way Kristy can make a girl feel strong, feminine, inspired and empowered all at the same time.

Fantastic experience: This business is the most encouraging and welcoming pole / aerial space I’ve been at. Coming from previous studios and having a negative experience I was hesitant to continue training pole and aerials, but this place reignited my love. Lovely staff and amazing business. Kristy the owner is the most genuine person I’ve come across.

It is a fun way to work out and get fit without feeling like you are working out. From doing classes at P&ADCS, I'm the fittest I've ever been. Highly recommended.
