Fantastic experience: Dropped in as a casual, great facility and trainers

Negative experience: I initially held a favourable opinion of F45 Burwood, but my experience took a downturn after the owner assumed administrative and training responsibilities. When I communicated my intention to cancel my membership to the owner, I was informed that a 30-day notice period was required. I complied with this request and paid for the 30 days. However, when I sought confirmation that my banking information had been removed from the system, I was informed that I needed to provide a 60-day notice. I promptly requested to see the terms and conditions validating this, but despite my inquiry being made 20 days ago, I have yet to receive any documentation. To prevent any further deductions, I closed my bank account. Despite this, I have continued to receive automated emails indicating that an Automatic Payment for F45 has failed. This suggests that my details remain within the system as an active member. I must emphasise that this issue has persisted since August 28th, hence why I'm expressing my concerns through this review. I am also aware of other members facing the same issue. They have also had to close their bank accounts to avoid being charged.

Fantastic experience: F45 Burwood is SIMPLY THE BEST !!! Been coming to F45 Burwood since they opened in their new location along Parramatta Road. All the trainers are FANTASTIC. Friendly, supportive and always with a smile. Especially when they push you that little harder to reach your personal limits. The suffering you're going through always seem to make the trainers smile even more, knowing that you're suffering ... almost dying literally. The gym is big and spacious, so you'll never feel like you're crammed up in a tiny room. All the members I've trained with are all friendly and overall, just a fun place to get fit, stay healthy and have fun at the same time. Highly RECOMMENDED F45 Burwood!!!

Fantastic experience: Coaches are amazing, members are all easy going and classes are fun and accommodating for anyone! Tee is one of the best trainers I've ever come across and makes working out my favourite part of the day. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 in Burwood. The team are extremely welcoming and accommodating. During covid my partner and I would travel to and from Sydney, with no hesitations we were able to suspend our membership months on end- can’t thank Frankie enough for this. The trainers are also motivating and work with you to achieve your goals, definitely a fun place to train :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 Burwood studio for nearly 2 years and have been addicted to the training program, and the trainers specially T and frankie to push me to achieve my goals. The trainers know when to lean-in and push you, and they are very supportive and understanding of the goals you wish to achieve. F45 Burwood have a chilled out vibe, fun and friendly environment. I would recommend this studio for people who need the push to achieve their goals and have fun doing it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I’m still not bored of it! Special shout out to Burwood training team who are passionate and dedicated but also make the work outs that little bit more fun. If you’re a shy gym beginner or even a seasoned gym junkie, this place is for you.

Fantastic experience: I love this F45 studio! The trainers are super friendly and helpful in correcting my form and pushing my limits. I have been with them for nearly 3 months (which is a record for me when sticking to a routine) and have seen a big change in my fitness and energy levels.

Fantastic experience: I just started at this studio and I already feel welcome. The coaches are very active in making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Another thing I noticed is that the owner is present and greeting people and joining in with the exercises. I love that they are active on Instagram. The studio is very clean specially with what happening around us at the moment. Nothing bad to say about this studio! All good things. If you’re thinking about joining, do so, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly guys that run it, great workouts. If you’re committed then f45 is worth the money! You will get the fittest you’ve ever been without having to think about it.

Negative experience: I liked it very much until 1) one of the trainers started hitting on (or being overly chatty with) other female customers during classes instead of focusing on making sure he was giving enough attention to people that needed it the most; and 2) I asked the gym to freeze my account as I was going overseas but I was still charged when I was away and no one could bother to get back to me when I requested a refund. I suppose both of these could have been prevented if only there is a more professional management team. And yes, the studio I attended was Burwood NSW 2134 on Belmore St.

Fantastic experience: I have just started my training at F45 Burwood . The team there is very supportive , especially for those who are not familiar with this "gym" model. I would recommend . The only "negative" thing is the parking in the region as there are just few places you can park and those are ticket areas from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend F45 Burwood to everyone who is caring about their health and well being. The staff are supportive and friendly and advise you the right movements during workout. The atmosphere is great and and you feel "absolutely great" especially when the workout finishes. "It would be great, IF stretches exercises to be done after completion of each work out ". in general "HIGHLY RECOMMEND".

Fantastic experience: ❤️ This gym! Have been going regularly for months now and am almost back in my skinny jeans! Love the staff. Past reviewer mentioned someone was intimidating...maybe the enthusiasm was misinterpreted. The owner George, is super friendly and looks after his clients.

Negative experience: I've tried F45 before and enjoyed it. The younger staff at this location were really great. The older man who worked there older was intimidating, uninviting and condescending. I would try again but at a different location.
