Fantastic experience: Welcoming and friendly staff that care about everyone one of their members. They push you when they know you are stronger than you think and are more than happy to provide modifications for any injuries. They are supportive and want you to reach your goals whatever they are. They are such an amazing group of trainers and every session is fun and different. No two sessions are ever the same. Highly recommend F45 Torquay!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few F45s in the past 5 years and I cans say honestly this is the best studio I’ve been to so far! I’ve had to stop going due to moving and I am gutted. All the trainers are so good at what they do and they all bring great vibes to the studio. They also keep things fun and motivating by adding little extra challenges to each session. I’m going to miss this place. You will not only get results but you will enjoy the process.

Fantastic experience: I did the 4wk trial and loved every moment of it! Huge assortment of exercises, so everyday you’re doing something new. Lovely staff that push you, improve your technique and great to share a laugh with. Great for all levels of fitness. You will not regret joining this community!!

Fantastic experience: F45 Torquay is a very welcoming, supportive, and uplifting community. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and always provide assistance, making the hardest of exercises achievable for everyone! Every single class I attend, I feel encouraged and motivated to push myself both physically and mentally. The music is great, the workouts are incredible, and the overall experience is life changing!

Fantastic experience: Been doing F45 for around 8/9 months and have noticed a huge difference physically and mentally. I’m not a gym person and can’t say I know what I’m doing but the F45 team have been extremely supportive and boosted my confidence in the gym. I wouldn’t say I tried super hard but rocking up consistently every week and sticking to a good routine has had a tremendous impact on not only the way I look but the way I feel too!! I have so much energy all the time now and i feel weird without exercising so I can’t thank f45 enough (:

Fantastic experience: F45 Torquay is the BEST community and gym you'll ever find! The weekly membership price is what you'd pay for a once weekly session with a personal trainer, although we get it 7 days per week! I can't recommend them highly enough, they push me to succeed my goals. I genuinely love this fam and am so happy to be apart of it

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack, Kayde and Lil for encouraging me to lift heavier weights today. I’ve been a bit hesitant to lift heavier but with their encouragement it has helped changed my mindset and given me more confidence. It’s amazing to train in an environment where trainers (whether they are working or while they are completing their own workout) and members are so supportive of each other. It’s always a wonderful feeling to walk out of your sessions feeling exhilarated. You guys have definitely created something special in your studio!

I moved to Torquay recently, and F45 has been one of those things that have made me feel super welcome. I always look forward to classes, and that's definitely a first for me!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE, LOVE LOVE this gym. Everything about it. The trainers are lovely, friendly ,encouraging, helpful and push you when you need it. The actual workouts are varied so you are always doing something different which keeps it interesting and fun. Once you find the timeslot that suits you it is usually the same people as well so find that you end up making friends and workout partners. I love the heart rate monitors and the screen showing you how hard you are working so you can compete with others or more mportantly with yourself!! I would definately reccomend this place, I have been made to feel so welcome and I actually look forward to going to the gym rather than dreading it!!

The Torquay F45 staff were so welcoming and encouraging and really pushed their members to the best of their ability. The trainers are very welcoming, approachable, and always make the effort to have a chat with you and check how your'e going with all things training related. I always feel uplifted after a workout here. This F45 is in a convenient location near a shopping centre (so you can grab groceries or whatever you may need straight after your workout). Cannot fault the place!

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely Hollywood session at the Tourquay F45. So nice to still get my F45 fix when I’m away from my studio in Fitzroy. Cartier was super helpful and motivating. Great vibe and amazing crew. Highly recommend for actual positive change in your life.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door, the trainers were friendly, welcoming, professional and heaps of fun. The gym was neat and tidy, with a safe area for kids too! Really enjoyed training here while on holidays!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since the studio opened. So 2 years in I still attend the early bird at 5:15. The trainers are wonderful and adapt to those of us carrying injuries or just bodies a little older than some gyms accommodate. The best part is my training buddies. You know its a good vibe when you can laugh that early in the morning.

The classes keep you motivated and are so upbeat which makes its fun to work out. The variety of weight and cardio sessions are great and there are plenty of classes available each day which is very handy. Fantastic experience: I LOVE F45! The classes, the challenge, the trainers and all the other members are great. The classes change always which keeps you interested and motivated. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I did the challenge and the food was delicious and I lost the weight I needed to. The members make it fun and make getting up to train at 5.15am not as horrific and it could be! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit or strong as it is a great challenging and fun environment!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms throught my training life. F45 is the only gym that I find pushes me every session which has increased my fitness ability since joining over 2 years ago. Fantastic experience: At 41 I’m fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been! This is all thanks to F45 TORQUAY. I’ve been a member for 2 years and still love it! The trainers are welcoming, knowledgable, encouraging and make sure you keep challenging yourself. If you want to increase your fitness, strength, be provided with nutrition advise, menus in a fun and supportive environment then this is the place for you! The transformations I’ve seen are amazing! The other brilliant thing - the classes are 45 minutes long!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at F45 Torquay since May of 2018, and the experience has been life changing. Tyler Lewis and all the trainers have made training fun in a way I never thought was possible. Being 39 and a lifelong surfer, I was looking for something to boost my strength and cardiovascular fitness. The results have been incredible. F45 Torquay’s energy, trainers, and equipment is amazing. The best part is they make it fun, and you leave feeling energised. Fantastic experience: Reviews are so helpful nowadays so heres what I think: F45 is something I look forward to, alot of the time it's the best part of my day- thanks to the most supportive group of trainers. I've always been a person who has loved to exercise but benefits from a session that is already planned out for you. I used to spend hours at the gym and would feel like I got nothing out of it as I never knew what muscle groups to work out at a time. F45 Torquay, in particularly the trainers, have taught me correct forms when performing a certain exercise, educated me on the certain muscle groups I'm developing and has helped modify workouts to my needs. I'm a massive fan on how it's set out, in that you alternate between cardio and weights and that means that you can go almost every day if you want to and not injury yourself! Tyler has created a fun environment with the team of amazing trainers who challenge, encourage and help you meet your goals. I'm leaving soon and I darn wish I could take them all with me back to Canada!!

Fantastic experience: Tyler and his highly experienced health professionals do an amazing job. They are highly experienced Training professionals who help you to achieve muscle strength, which ultimately helps to support function and movement, whilst making you feel amazing within yourself. Parents with children are made to feel extremely welcome which is a massive plus and a big ticket item which this gym prides itself on. No mater your age, sex or where you sit on a fitness scale, the F45 team and the other members will make you feel welcome.
