F45 Training Ormeau

Fantastic experience: Have been going to F45 for 6+ years now and cannot recommend it enough. Super welcoming environment, knowledgeable trainers that will give you as much guidence (or space) as you want, whole body workouts that can be tailored to literally anyone, everything is setup for you so you just have to turn up. Don't bother trying to commit to a regular gym just try F45.

Fantastic experience: My favourite place to be. The day doesn’t feel right if I haven’t had an F45 session. Coaches are such a great team. They each bring their own beautiful energy with their encouragement, motivation and warmth. Love my F45 family.

Fantastic experience: When i changed studios and joined F45 Ormeau, I was about halfway to my goal weight but had been stuck for months! I had hit a plateau and nothing I did was working. I was on the fence about even doing the challenge in the first place, but when I won free entry, well i took it as a sign. That one (ignite challenge) was actually a fail as i got sick and had so much going on. But in hindsight, i see now that the knowledge i learned and the experience alone was really just a way for me to prepare for the final (elevate) challenge of 2022. This was the 3rd challenge ive ever done, and for someone that has always struggled with my health, never been into sports/health/fitness. I managed to tie 3rd equal with another challenger. And for me that is a massive achievement. In the 6 months i was at Ormeau i lost around 14kgs. Im lifting heavier, getting through cardio easier, and ive learnt so much about my nutrition and healthy food choices. I cant thank Jamie lee and her team enough for all their help and support. #F45forlife

Fantastic experience: Feeling so much better after training with these guys. They are also supportive and encouraging, which is what I needed after 30 odd years since being in a gym.

Negative experience: Paid one month upfront and decided to cancel after a week, requested for the refund (as it stated on the contract) and haven't received the money after a month of trying to get my refund and sending plenty of emails and messages

Fantastic experience: I travel with work so I visit a lot of gyms. The environment inside the studio in Ormeau is incredible. I’d been gone over a year and it felt like I slotted back into a family I’d been away from. Everyone is super encouraging and the trainers are second to none. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Ormeau since around January 2020 And during this time I have found my love for high intensity quality training again The trainers are not only warm & welcoming but they take the time to correct your form when needed whilst also providing encouragement & a few cheeky “ dad “ jokes along the way The classes are fast paced, there is no room to hide & you leave feeling like you have really worked hard & smashed whatever your goal may be The vibe of the studio is a credit to owners Luke & Riccardo and if you haven’t already checked them out I suggest you should!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I apprehensively turned up, the guys were there and welcomed us with genuine care and understanding that this was a big step for unfit people..... A week in and we felt part of a community that genuinely seemed to appreciate us being there. We felt sore but that “good sore”. A month in and we felt more comfortable as part of the community, we genuinely enjoyed turning up, we still felt sore but our bodies were changing. 6 months in and we couldn’t believe how quickly that time had flown and the friends that we had made along the way. We were both fitter than years before and still had the desire to come each day. The hardest part is getting out bed, once in the car you enjoy the thought of the exercise which will be unique and the friends you will catch up with. In some ways I found that somewhere between 3 & 6 months I was able to do the exercises/activities as against survive them. Now some 15 months later, the community feel is better than ever. The competition for heart rate points is alive and well, we still share which parts of our bodies are sore, this is funnier than the dad jokes. The trainers are each unique and bring something special to each session, this along with the unique sessions provides a little “surprise” each day. The primary trainers we have had: Katie’s perspicacity for fitness is only exceeded by her elegance, friendliness and ability to encourage you to achieve your PB’s Jay the Manager has the capacity to drive you harder whilst keeping a smile on your face, massive entertainment value...... Luke one of the owners challenges you to improve and keep going till the end of each set. He also sets a standard in his own training that is difficult to attain, this whilst having a dry sense of humour that makes you smile. Ricardo the other owner is “big” on technique whilst lifting weights. He also doesn’t need a particularly tall ladder to reach the chin up bar...... He gives as good as he gets and potentially has had the best joke so far “tequila” So come along, you will be challenged to the extent that you are capable and enjoy the environment immensely.

Fantastic experience: The best of training with the best of trainers. Every session I feel recognised, supported and encouraged. The comradery makes me want to show up everyday, and as a result I have achieved my desired body shape in just 4 months. Who wouldve thought that 4 months of dedication to exercise would be so fun! Its easy peasy; you dont have to plan a thing. JOB DONE in literally 45mins.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for long-lasting results, F45 Ormeau delivers. Everything you hear about the F45 program is true. I joined Ormeau F45 in January 2018 and did the 8 week challenge. By the end of the 8 weeks I had lost 11.4kg, lost 8.3% body fat and gained 1.2kg of muscle. Since then (May 2019) I have lost a further 2kgs and maintaining my weight. This is over a year later. I keep showing up everyday because I love the physical challenge, the people I train with and the trainers Jay, Luke, Ricardo, Katie and Sandy- who push you to your limits every session. The crew at F45 Ormeau are welcoming, come on down and try us out. You will end up joining for life!

Fantastic experience: Google...gyms in Ormeau ...snap Fitness, genfit, F45, 12rnd and so on... this was me 4 months ago.. looking for a place to get fit after the only plan I had in my head: gastric sleeve surgery! The only way out right? Oh I was so wrong after I met at my first session Jay and Luke ... especially Jay copped it at the end : me crying and feeling sorry for myself and I was half dead after cardio :)) sorry Jay but not sorry! Luke thanks for looking out for me and for ignoring me when I dance too much haha:) So 14$ for 14 days and then move on with life and do the so called planned....just like in the soap operas happy ending : me member of F45 as long as I am alive and ... NO surgery ! It’s been a hard walk for me psychically and emotionally but these guys are not trainers only ...they are there for you no matter what and they love their people that walk through that door no matter how you look, feel... the support is beyond words... and then I met the other trainers: girls power Katie and Sandy , you guys are so fragile and sweet ... yeah not during class lol , they like to push you to the limit and of course Ricardo ...still can’t believe that I jumped the higher box and you believed in me ... omg that was a long time ago .... then F45 challenge , my first one but not the last ... I am still shocked at my results even though it’s not a lot compare to others but that’s the thing here at F45: we don’t compare with others, we work hard and we all support each other... ..wow F45 Ormeau I take my hat off in front of all of you and I hope that will be this happy family for a long long time ! Fantastic experience: My Journey to FAT FREE - no free rent for FAT ON MY BODY. No more!! 27 years ago I gave birth to monster child . I was 49kg petite young model. My child was huge .. a monster , he ripped out of me like a tornado destroying every item in its path. He’s a handsome boy today but I never recovered. I lost my self esteem , my confidence, my beautiful body. From 49kg I rocketed to 90kg, my then husband used to pretend to throw up looking at my tummy .. he’s dead now ( don’t be sad) For 27 years I was searching for something with equal destruction to undo all the destruction that my body went through. I knew deep down I’m a jungle girl and needed absolute hard core training. None of this soft treadmill running or fancy yoga classes ( no discredit to them) was working I considered tummy tuck but what about other body parts I thought.. God send!! It was from my friend at work who was limping at work one day. I asked her what happened , she said oh nothing just smashing goals at F45 .. Etc etc proudly ( absolute envy in my eyes) I knew I had to find one ., I knew that was it. I searched for F45 close to my house. I called the mobile number listed. Trainer said just rock up I’ll see u at the gate. And omg!!! wasn’t he my first crush (I mean with my weight and flabby guts and huge arms ) ... NO PAIN NO GAIN And so my journey begins at F45 Ormeau It has been 1 year and some months. The road is STEEP BUT many are running on it. In the beginning the knees hurt everyday , it’s gone now. “Strengthened “ Then arms hurt , it’s gone now “Strengthened” The back hurt , it’s gone now.”Strengthened” The apron is reduced “skin toned and ab muscles Strengthening ... Fantastic experience: F45 Ormeau is like a boxing match. Just like every round you are going to push yourself everyday. You don’t know who your opponent is going to be just like you don’t know what your going to get each session. But with world class trainers Jay, Luke, Ricardo, Sandy, Katie and Kelly in your corner they make you believe in yourself and you keep coming back wanting more. After every F45 session you feel like you come away with the win and are a better, stronger and fitter version of yourself. Basically like how Rocky Balboa felt when he reached the top of those stairs. Give F45 Ormeau a go, it’s in a league of its own.

Fantastic experience: As someone short of stature I was a bit concerned about getting back into exercising by trialling at F45 Ormeau having seen some of the equipment. Thankfully from the very first class one of the trainers, Ricardo, and I saw eye-to-eye, giving me the confidence I needed to join and I haven't looked back. The other male trainers, Jay and Luke are an inspiration. Turning up every day and serving dad jokes and dance moves despite a severe handicap in both areas. Let's not forget the greatest female trainers on the planet, Sandy, Katie and Kelly who are an inspiration to us every day and we are lucky to have them train us. #YTG If you've ever been inside a normal gym and thought "this music sucks", "I wish there were more burpees in my life" or "why isn't everyone wearing crazy socks" do yourself a favour and join F45 Ormeau. There's water on tap, the socks are next level, you'll get fitter than you've ever been in your life and you'll actually enjoy doing it most of the time! (I'm looking at you, Hollywood)

Fantastic experience: Join F45 they said, it'll be fun they said!! Well they were right, it is a load of fun. Now I'm not one to get up every morning at 4am for a 4:30am class but bloody hell look at me go, these guys are next level fitness and FUN. This definitely isn't just your regular gym class, this place is like a second home, strangers become friends and every class is different than the last. No matter what time of the day, there is always a welcoming smile and (an impossibly hard not to laugh at) 'dad joke', awesome music, incredible trainers and an amazing community spirit that only Ormeau has. Fantastic experience: If you lack motivation but are chasing results then F45 ormeau is the one for you! It has an amazing atmosphere where everyone is non judgement and encouraging. Although the trainers tell some shocking jokes they make up for it by dancing around like fools to get you moving haha. Best gym on the coast and thankful for their help! P.s they have a dog too! :)

Fantastic experience: This is no ordinary gym, at F45 it’s a place where you will feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. Either greeted from the Trainers or the 4 legged fury friend AKA Seven the Labrador. I love that each session is different just like the trainers, some are fun some are hard and some are a bit special lol But if you want the challenge or to improve your fitness or to start your fitness journey I definitely recommend F45. Awesome sessions Amazing Trainers & Great Music to boogie too.

Fantastic experience: I look forward going to F45, it's almost the highlight of my day and I've made an effort to attend the afternoon classes as often as I can since it is just down the road from work. The trainers are phenomenal, they have the best attitude and are great to get along with plus they push you where it matters.The atmosphere is so encouraging, the music is great and everyone is friendly and willing to help if you're having trouble with the exercises. I've been here well over a year now and the F45 Ormeau team is like a second family.
