Future Health & Fitness Gym Rowville

Fantastic experience: It's a very good gym. It was my first time at a gym but the staff and even the other members in the gym were so non-judgmental and helped me get comfortable in working out. Every machine you could need is here. If I could give this gym a higher rating I would.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and helpful owner, loads of equipment, pretty clean, too. Music is a bit too loud.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at FHF for over 3 years. I train under the gym’s PT Firthy’s Fitness, I absolutely love the atmosphere and gym family here. Everyone is so kind and supportive. Absolutely adore everyone i’ve met here, it’s definitely more than a gym more like a second home❤️ (Also love the annual charity comps!! - supporting amazing causes and local businesses)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training on and off for years at many different gyms. This has by far been my favourite, well kept, great atmosphere and really welcoming management. One of the few gyms that feels like it’s there for the members and not just to make as much money from subscriptions as possible.

The owner is always willing to help and they have the latest equipment!! 24 hours access to Top Quality Machines and Power Lifting Gear. They have yoga and showers so easily the best gym for all fitness levels. Many many machines so less wait times. Bummed out I didn’t find it earlier 10/10
