Fantastic experience: As a visitor, I had a great experience at this gym. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. It’s the only gym in the area that offered a one-week pass, which was perfect for my needs. The facilities were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the variety of equipment available. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area!

Negative experience: Had spinal injury phoned asked for payment hold. Account not put on hold informed management. Denied everything said I was lier so I asked for immediate termination. Sms received of termination. Then Account manager calls. Informs of other members having same issues. States will refund full amount of all debits and put Account on hold so i can return post injury. The next day a debit is taken then 4 days no refund. I've been with the sweat shed / I gym from nearly the beginning never missed a payment help train boxing classes trained to fight for the gym and this is how you treat me.???

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the most inspirational environments to train in. Colour scheme and layout is on point and doesn’t feel like you’re cramped up against others and equipment. 24/7 access is a viibe within itself. Amazing sound system and taste of music. Caters for all. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Isabella especially, nothing but big smiles and high vibrations.

Fantastic experience: The best Gym in Forster by a mile! Quality equipment and friendly staff make this the go to gym in the area. We're up here from Sydney every couple of months and it's the only Gym fully equipped to get a proper workout in!
