Fantastic experience: Best gym going round! The staff here are so friendly and amazing to deal with! Shout out to Chloe as well! Her expertise is incredible and she is so dedicated to making her clients experience the best! I wouldn’t want to go to any other gym!
Fantastic experience: Chloe has been an absolute angel to deal with, she has been incredibly invested in my fitness journey and is always patient, respectful and kind. Highly recommend joining this gym if you want great service and equipment!
Negative experience: Toxic manager that doesn't give a stuff about clients. Very rude and borderline disrespectful. Better off joining one of the many other gyms in Mount Barker.
Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and will help at any opportunity. Some of the friendliest members I have met at a gym community, have been pleasantly surprised. A common theme amongst all 24fit locations. Very happy to be a member with the 24fit community!

Positive experience: Great average Joe's type gym. It's a great place to start if you're new to the gym. Could do with some equipment upgrades.
Positive experience: Really nice gym. I do love 24fit it’s great value. Only 4 stars as showers need to be turned up so we can adjust heat, currently it’s on max heat and it’s lukewarm water. Some music wouldn’t go a miss too. Otherwise an amazing gym.

We weren't aware of any issues with our hot water, so thanks for bringing that to our attention. We will get that looked at asap!
Our music should be on 24/7. I am thinking we may have had a power or internet interruption between our staffed hours, which could have caused it to stop. Leave it with us!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say what a massive asset your new staff member Teagan is. She is super enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, kind and very welcoming. It is such a pleasure to see her at the gym and she has been very welcoming. I have been going to this gym for 3 years and never seen a member of staff that even said hello. It's so great to have someone around with such a positive attitude. Thanks Teagan keep being awesome.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, decent range of equipment and adequate amenities. The joining process was also nice and easy and has been great through covid conditions.

Negative experience: It was great when I first signed up several years ago, as a motivated trainer (that I paid extra for) looked after me. She ran classes that I was welcome to and she encouraged me (she was fabulous). Then the staff changed, and I noticed the older women clients disappeared. Whenever I came to do my normal routine, I was told "you're in the way, luv, move", or "shift to down the back, hun". Mystery solved! They never cared to even know my name, even though I had been attending over 3 times a week for over a year. It became so rude it was embarrassing, and because I am quiet and don't say anything, I just walked out midway one day. They never cared to know why, as they really simply don't care.

Fantastic experience: Its a great gym and usually quiet around 830pm
Negative experience: very disappointing in regards to the cancellation of my membership. when i cancelled my membership i was told "no worries that is all done for you". after months of still taking money out of my account my mother then received a phone call explaining i owed a $100 cancellation free and they have been sending me emails and calling my to try and get this fee. i have received no emails or missed called and when i explained this i was basically called a lair and i still need to pay the money. i was never advised of a cancellation fee when i signed up

As a flexi member you were able to cancel simply by sending an email, which occurred.
