Negative experience: How can your equipment not connect to my devices inbuilt capabilities? Download your stupid proprietary app? And sell my data??? No thanks!! Update 1 : I read your privacy policy and it's VERY ambiguous. Seems it allows you to disclose my personal AND sensitivity to 3rd parties AND cross borders which indicates a different legal jurisdiction? Happy to detail some of the privacy lacking clauses here if you feel these statements are incorrect.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever and their policy is an absolute joke. All they want is money even if you haven’t been going to the gym they do not care whatsoever. The girl on the phone had an attitude problem when she called to say my payment hasn’t gone through threatening that they will get their debt collector to come and collect the money. Do you think threatening your customers that pay your wages is going to make you more money. I will not recommend this gym to anyone as their customer service is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Eddy was amazing host onboarded me to this perfectly located gym in North Ryde. Love the practical aspect and convenient location and hours.
Positive experience: I've been going to the gym for about a month now, and I have mixed feelings about it. One thing that immediately hits you when you step inside is the strong smell. It's a combination of sweat, disinfectant, and something else that I can't quite place. It's not the most pleasant odor, and it definitely takes some getting used to. As for the equipment, it's a bit disappointing. Some of the machines are old and show signs of wear and tear. However, there are a few positive aspects that keep me coming back. The staff is friendly .The free weights section is well-stocked, and I appreciate the separate area for stretching and bodyweight exercises. Quick update: I I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the remarkable changes I've noticed in the gym. The cleanliness and overall quality have vastly improved since I first started coming here. The effort put into maintaining and enhancing the gym's environment is truly commendable, making each workout a more enjoyable experience. Keep up the great work. I've decided to upgrade my gym rating from 2 stars to 4 stars!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, well equipped, and good value. Been going here since opening. Lucky enough to be able to train between 10am - 3pm so I rarely have to wait for equipment. The staff and members are all helpful and respectful.

Negative experience: Place is good. But promotion frequently changes. First time enquired, PT was 3 times free. But when I walked in to join, it was $99. Anyway, PT does not understand different purpose of personal training. And once customer decide not to continue after 3 training, he even halve the time booked for last session and just went away. Otherwise OK.
Negative experience: My card fail to open the door two times, the first time, there was staff personal there, they opened me the door took. Y card and said that's solved. The next time failed again and nobody from the staff there

Fantastic experience: Been going here since it opened, it's a nice gym, clean, well equipped, fairly priced (~$75mo) with friendly staff. Has bumper plates, 4 racks, 2 benches, an incline + decline bench, GHD that you can use as a reverse hyper, from memory db's go up to ~45kgs, a couple of adjustable benches, one of those glute platforms, landmine attachment, a sled, a number of machines. I avoid Mon-Fri 5-7pm as it can get quite busy although if you train outside those hours you'll barely ever have to wait for equipment.
Negative experience: Staff are friendly, and the gym is overall very nice, but communication between the staff is horrible, as I was told different things from different staff members. My money got taken out for 3 months when I haven't been for 3-4 months and the owner says they can't refund me, although I'm in a tough financial situation. Overrated and the customer service and communication from the owners is horrible. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Not a ideal place if you're into hardcore training. It was absolutely ridiculous what happened today. A staff member of gym, he seemed like a manager, literally told me there's a "DON'T USE CHALK" gym policy. He said the reason was because he wants new arrivals to make the gym look clean (Since when does lifting weights with chalk make gyms dirty?) During the conversation he mentioned how he has to clean every three days because the gym owner asked only him to do so. Just mentioning that I could have asked you to show me this policy in writing. No wonder why there's only 5 people train.

Negative experience: On May 3rd, I contacted Snap Fitness and informed them that my husband and I would be traveling overseas in the coming week for three months and that our accounts should be paused. On the 4th of May, I received a response that both my husband's and my accounts would be paused for the requested 3 months. On the 19th of June, while overseas, Snapfitness charged our accounts. I emailed the fitness center and reminded them that we were on vacation, and they sent me a refund on June 22nd. Surprisingly, we were charged a SECOND time on July 3rd. I contacted the fitness center, and reminded them that I had requested for our accounts to be paused for three months. It's understandable to make a mistake once. However, twice is suspicious. Were they hoping we weren't monitoring our bank account while we were away so they could get away with charging us? Unsurprisingly, this shady business charges us for the THIRD time! That is THREE TIMES during the "freeze period" our card had been charged. The gym refused to give us a refund because, as they stated, "We never received an email to place your husband's membership on pause. We will not be able to refund it as we had no notice." WHAT A JOKE!!! The initial email included my and my husband's names. His account has been paused for the past two months. Why was it paused for two out of three months if you were never notified?! Beware, this is a shady business...

Fantastic experience: New equipment and good spot for a gym. Staff is always friendly. Moved from fitness first to here because the atmosphere is much better at snap fitness. Wish they had a bit more equipment though.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym in the area, and will be for a long time. I've been to FF Top ryde platinum, all the AFs and nothing compares. (Even the new Wentworth point AF) -They have technogym which is 10x better than lifefitness which is what AF uses. -2x $20,000 treadmills/sled machines -olympic size weights -new barbells with good knurling -platforms for squats and deadlifts -jungle gym with firm grips on the chin up/pull up bars that dont move -prone bench machine row (super rare for 24/7 gyms) Juan the manager is super nice. Always cleaning and greeting members. The pricing is VERY competitive considering the calibre of the equipment. I signed up 12 months up front no questions asked. The only thing I can nit picket is that during the time of writting this review, they didn't have fractional weights. Juan mentioned they are just waiting for them to be shipped. Otherwise beast of a gym. You can tell the owners know how to run a gym

Fantastic experience: I like to try out all the different Snap Fitness branches and I have to say this one is the best. It's huge and has all the best quality equipment. The layout is nice with all the separate areas and the natural lighting is great. would definitely come here again.
