Fantastic experience: I went there for 2 years, then I left the Highlands and I miss this gym soo much. I can't find anything even close to this... outstanding equipment, great staff. Shoutout to the owners who create such an amazing business.

Negative experience: They overcharged me and didn't transfer my membership to new gym even in one years time.

Fantastic experience: By far the best plus fitness i've walked into. Layout is great, plenty of machines and enough squat racks and platforms that i'd be suprised if anyone had to wait even in peak times. Has all the equipment you need for any style of training. Wish it was my local.

Fantastic experience: Visited this gym, and its been nearly 10 years since i’ve visited a Plus Fitness. But this gym has definitely changed my perspective on the brand. Great staff served by Tolly. She was amazing and very welcoming. One of the best gyms in this area with great equipment for all bodybuilders and strength athletes. Brands including Rogue, Technogym, Life Fitness and Hammer strength. They got it all.

Fantastic experience: I visit this gym occasionally when my work schedule allows it, travelling to and from Sydney with no time constraints on one leg of the trip. When I do get to visit, I'm always rewarded with a clean, spotless gym, a spectacular selection of clean, modern and well kept equipment that never fails to give me the best workout I've had in any gym. You wouldn't expect this from a commercial gym, yet when you finish your workout and go to leave you find yourself wondering "how does a Plus Fitness end up looking like this?" This gym is my absolute favourite gym I've ever trained in, including specialised powerlifting gyms! It has the perfect balance of serious gear for the serious athlete with all forms of introductory machines that even seasoned trainees would call essential additions to their workout schedule. I am yet to meet the staff as I've only ever been here outside of staffed hours but the cleanliness of the gym and just the fact that all the weights are arranged nicely on the racks says to me that this is somewhere anybody would love to train. If I could give this gym 6 stars I would. Highly recommend popping by to check it regardless if you are fresh in your fitness journey or well seasoned. A shining gem just an hour south of Sydney.

Positive experience: Larger and more equipment than a standard plus fitness. Just need some mirrors installed in front of the power racks.

Fantastic experience: Best plus fitness venue in the entire world no questions asked. In fact it’s the third best gym I’ve ever visited and I make a point of touring different gyms. I’m speechless at this gym it has EVERYTHING. It’s dark, everything is black, and it’s full of weights. Go there now and get the pump, you’ll be coming day and night

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here as I was travelling, Lots of variety with the machines, spacious, clean bathroom, There's a very large area in the back full of weights. I couldn't find the wifi password anywhere.

Positive experience: Good Fitness Plus. Has all the equipment and great free weights area out tge back. Disappointed they don't have the same bike machines i'm used to at my usual FP, as they are much better.
