Derrimut 24:7 Gym - Bendigo

Fantastic experience: Thankyou to Tyson, Bonnie, Doug, Peter and crew and fellow members for friendly service and support, a great gym, heaps of equipment, flexiblehours, great location, sadly missed! On closing June 30

Fantastic experience: Just rang and spoke to Tyson, he told me the gym was closing, but was so nice and gave amazing customer service even under these sad circumstances. I hope he goes on to great things and I hope Tyson sees this

Positive experience: Great gym, friendly staff, very clean and organised. I just wish it was 24/7 like every other location and how it’s advertised. If I had a suggestion, it would be to use sanitiser wipes instead of a spray bottle and cloth for more ease of use and more sanitary. Btw, reception sucks inside!!

Negative experience: Miscommunication & rudeness.

Fantastic experience: He gym has all modern machines which work perfectly and are kept in mint condition. There is a great range of machines and free weights that will suit any and every person. Staff are friendly and willing to help where needed. The atmosphere is perfect as well. One of my favourite gyms in Bendigo.

Negative experience: Decent gym because it's cheap. Used to be 5 or so yoga mats now there is only one which is ridiculous. I've brought it up to the staff multiple times and they are lovely and helpful, and say they've alerted management, but ultimately management seemingly won't replace a couple of mats. Very stingy as you're paying for these things as part of your membership and I've never had this trouble at any other gym. This means either my mum or myself who both have back injuries/spine conditions have to do our whole set on the floor which is quite uncomfortable and causes pain. Not to mention that they play the most shocking music, taking genuinely good songs but with the most abhorrent remixes over them, and so loud you can hear it through your noise cancelling headphones. Shouldn't have to BYO yoga mat to a gym, but looks like we will have to start.

Fantastic experience: They have every thing, in the way of soils, graval, sand, chips and bark, potting mix, garden ,ornaments,,+old sleepers

Negative experience: All their posters and shop front say 24/7 but it’s only like 5am-10pm so it’s pretty dodgy false advertising. Went in with a member and it was super crowded and get very uncomfortable getting stared at by members. Will be joining elsewher.

Positive experience: Good gym. Out of date signage.....gym is not 24 hours staffed. Limited opening hours

Negative experience: New gym hours are completely insane. Derrimut has always been open for 24 hours anywhere in Victoria. They said nothing when I signed up and got an email just week after signing up. This is terrible that we customers don't have a lot of flexibility to come to gym.

Negative experience: New gym bunny runs around telling me to re rack weights mid set. Awesome. Then puts a hold on my pass for alleged dirty shoes. Awesome.....was controlled by elites for 2 years...now controlled by gym bunnies

Fantastic experience: All the staff are so friendly and helpful and non judgemental. Gym doesnt get packed which is nice. All new equipment. Its a great gym.

Fantastic experience: Same location as the previous ‘Anytime Fitness’ with minor upgrades. Very clean, new equipment, single unisex toilet - bathrooms. Small in comparison to other Derrimut gyms. Gym has all the equipment you need & doesn’t seem to get too crowded.
