Negative experience: I just wanted to cancel my membership due to a car issue. They didn’t allow it, so I informed them that I wanted to cancel and agreed to pay for 30 more days before the cancellation would take effect. However, they charged me for an additional week, promising a refund—but I haven’t received it yet. They are also ignoring my emails and Instagram messages over 10 days. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. It’s so annoying to wait for their reply because it’s taking so long. Don't go this gym. +I got a refund within a day after writing this review

Fantastic experience: A solid gym with everything you need. Plenty of equipment, never too crowded, and always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need. There's a good mix of machines and free weights, so pretty much covers all bases. Definitely one of the better gyms around

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fantastic experience with the Club Manager, who welcomed me into the club and showed me around. Nice staff and is a well laid out gym. Love training here!

Negative experience: As other people have mentioned, misleading and manipulative advertising.. Go to other gyms in the area!

Negative experience: Staff are unhelpful and unprofessional, especially the manager. Would be helpful if they hired staff that knew what they were doing and maintained the facilities properly. Oftentimes amenities are broken for months at a time (fans/water cooler etc.) When fixed it's a cheap shoddy solution, for example the lockers finally got replaced as all the keys had gone missing and they were unusable; however, the replacement lockers are so cheap and flimsy a small child could pull the locked door open. I know they've had a super high turnover of both managers and staff, not sure if this is the owners fault or something else. I would reccomend any other close anytime fitness to sign up at, such as Traralgon or Pakenham/Berwick and use this gym if you must with your pass. But i would not reccomend giving this franchise your money, a stain on the good anytime brand.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area! Staff are always so great and friendly - Equipment is always clean - Vibe of the gym is amazing! Would only ever work out here or AF Traralgon

Fantastic experience: I have trained at many AT sites across VIC and this is right up there. The gym was spotless and the staff were very welcoming even though I am not a regular have there. They took the time to show me around and even charged up my phone for me. A very positive experience.

Negative experience: This gym has been let go BADLY. Security is non existent and there have been multiple Car Thefts due to their "I don't care" attitude. Furthermore, they have Unassembled lockers out the back-brand new that they have no bothered to assemble and put out there which could help prevent thefts. Also the manager takes a holiday as she does not care, in the time period where 3 cars at least, have been stolen due to their pathetic security. The Owner freaks out when speaking to people about minor things, has almost no people skills and cannot do basic functions, IE holding or refunding a payment. Staff turnover is high and I am about to leave as a client myself. Avoid at all costs. I would give NO stars if I could, they do not care but are more than happy to take your money and make for extra charges etc.-- Edit to review, the Manager called me with pathetic excuses about how she was going on a family holiday and hence why she didn't give a damn about her club being pilfered due to non-existent security. She once again, did not give a damn at all about the clients who have given money to her gym, and all she was interested in is that I remove this review. The review will stay and be possibly edited again depending. I encourage all Anytime members to leave this gym and go to Voyage Fitness in Warragul, a great club with caring, helpful staff, good security, plenty of Lockers with working locks and a massive array of Machines and equipment. I cannot recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Don't Join this Gym, they overcharge you and dont repay you back. On top of that they dont give you the complete information when you sign up, whatever you do, make sure you read the contract, dont trust them.

Positive experience: Arrived without fobbing, manager quickly came to assist and to show where to fob in. Manager very passionate about his role, gave us a solid little tour and even got to know us a bit which is always great. The gym is well sized and laid out, good amount of equipment, racks and dumbbells. Solid lighting to get some great gym pictures and an area to store your belongings. Toilets and shower area could do with a small make over, no shower head on one shower, no hair dryers unlike like some more updated anytime fitnesses. Overall a solid gym, for newbies to more advanced gym goers.

Fantastic experience: The gym that has everything, they even supply shampoo, soap and deodorant. It is always clean and has very friendly staff that makes you feel like a valued member

Positive experience: Great gym, friendly staff, always clean and welcoming. Although a bit small, plenty of equipment for conventional lifts like squats etc. best bit though, is that I’ve been to a few gyms around vic, kinda fun to explore other gyms lol

Fantastic experience: Mellissa is brilliant at her job. Since the day I walked into Anytime Fitness Warragul I knew I was in the right environment for me to work on my fitness. Meeting the Manager Mellissa sealed the deal, Mellissa has been really supportive and helpful with any questions and / or enquiries with the process of becoming fitter physically and mentally. For someone like me who has tried so many times in the past even to just lose 1 kilo and found it impossible. I have been a client at the Warragul Anytime Fitness Gym for about 3 months, with the positive and enthusiastic support from the Manager (Mellissa) and the positive atmosphere I am surrounded by while i am there I have been able to successfully lose 17 kilos and keep it off. With that enthusiasm and positivity it makes it easy to be able to stay committed to training (rehab) 5 days a week for one to two hours a day no matter what i am doing.

Negative experience: Facilities are run down, little to no plates to go round, awkward layout and always dirty. Owner clearly doesn't care to upkeep the gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym they don’t answer phone calls when you call them I told them bout my about my medical issue’s n they don’t cancel membership worst experience I ever had I Don’t recommend this gym to anyone when they got my medical they told me they can freeze it for 6 months then they said 3 months then they said they can do it only for one month not worth it I had pay 411 remaining to cancel my contract

Negative experience: Wouldn't break contract went we went overseas. Took money put of our account while living overseas and then extended the contract term. Then when injured again extended contract term NOT REASONABLE Management refused to over rule contract even though they could. So negative press it is. If you had been reasonable to deal with I the i jury circumstances I wouldn't have even mentioned the overseas money you stole.

Fantastic experience: I train at a bodybuilding gym in Melbourne city. This is a grate gym with everything you need! Grate functional training, machines and free weights. Cardio and core is also amazing. Well done to this location for anytime fitness.

Fantastic experience: There's nothing not to love about this ATF. 5 stars for the venue, which is modern, clean, and comfortable however a bonus 5 stars go to Jodie and Rob who create such an inviting atmosphere and are so encouraging and approachable.
