Negative experience: Been with the gym over a year and it's gone down hill in the last 4-6 months equipment is always broken, app and internet have been down for 4 months, door "sometimes" works... would not recommend!

Negative experience: Take money out of your account and then blocks you the next day. When you try to tell the manager what has happened they expect you to pay again even if you just pay. They are rude and no help. The door never worked with the phone app so either someone needed to open it for me or we just had to turn around and go home, so I didn't get to use the service I was paying for and for a service they tired to charge me more for.

Negative experience: Was good when I first joined 2 yrs ago. Never see staff anymore they just sit in the office with the door closed allowing teenagers run around like its a play ground, people don't use towles or wipe down machines. Equipment is always broken. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this gym since it first opened, love how clean it is, great members and staff. Love the classes and access to all Plus Fitness gyms.

Negative experience: Plenty of other gyms around area with better facilities,which are cheaper,owner is all about profit over good service

Negative experience: Management is rude and abnocious plenty of other gyms in surrounding areas that are better

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with all the equipment you could need. It is always really clean and the manager (Amanda) and the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend

Negative experience: bit small gym is good except for small minded manager,the owner would be smart to get some one with better people skills Other staff are great

Positive experience: Small area for the number of members especially in the free weights area and needs another cable machine

Fantastic experience: Clean and well laid out for a small gym, very convienent if you live nearby, ample equipment for the traffic, never find myself having to wait for a machine/bench

Positive experience: Good layout, friendly staff, would be great if they had a crèche. Music is wayyy too loud in the morning though. Especially as a mum when you want to go have a peaceful workout. Even if you put your headphones in you could still hear the music over the top
