QuickFit Health Club - Cairnlea

Negative experience: Small & outdated gym. Wouldn’t turn the aircon on hot days to prob save money. Gym got a new owner 2 years ago and increased the prices. Equipment is not clean and has oil marks.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding gym. Very clean. Such friendly people. Jess has the biggest welcoming smile. So supportive if I'm not sure how to use equipment hes always so helpful. Gym memberships are extremely affordable and able to pay fortnightly is great..I feel safe using the gym at any hour. It's peaceful and looking forward to having some personal training by Jess. I highly recommend Quickfit Cairnlea, parking is safe and very well lit at night. Thanks Jess and Team at Quickfit. Well done

Negative experience: QUICKFIT IS THE WORST FRANCHISE! The founder, was extremely rude. After realising I was being over charged on a cancelled membership, I called in to the head office to sort out why I was still being charged months after cancellation. The founder was nothing but rude and patronising over the phone, as well as accusing me of lying. The cancellation process is messy and they are unorganised as well as unprofessional. Do NOT recommend. Yet again, quick-fit are trying to pin the blame on the customer. Look at all of the other reviews posted, there is a common theme. Being charged after cancellation. You have written a narrative that I have tried to somehow scam you for whatsoever reason. All this displays is that you are unprofessional, and deflect when you are in the wrong.

Negative experience: . i called your office and they replied to me that i need to sent an email to cancel membership . in the next 2 weeks I will still have to pay the fee.i did ok with that but I was sending an email on the evening of 07/2022 until now they r still kẻep charging my money. I call them to many time but no one anwser. Only one time they said that will call me back at the same day but not. I been with them more than one year.

Fantastic experience: I'm 63 years old, and until i walked through there door, just on 4 years ago and have never entered a Health Club in my life. I only go to the Club 3 days a week that's enough for me, and also with walking my dog i feel amazing, life changing. Might look 63 don't feel it, thanks to these guys. The friendly atmosphere, guidance and encouragement i have received from Ina, Jake and staff has been absolutely amazing, always ready to help an old man hahaha. Fantastic experience: Great gym and friendly staff. Clean gym, especially now with covid 19 situation, the gym requires you on entering to use hand sanitiser provided and after each use of the equipment to be cleaned with the provided spray. Couldn't be happier and feel safe knowing the gym cares for their members health.
