Fantastic experience: For the money a great gym

Negative experience: Very cheap, but shows it. Music is always exceedingly loud and terrible (everyone has headphones, it's completely unnecessary to have blaring music, nobody asks for this), lots of equipment in a constant state of disrepair (to the point of dangerous in certain cases). This place could be supreme with a bit of maintenance and attention. The suggestion box is always missing paper, so take this as a suggestion. We'll probably go elsewhere once our membership expires.

Positive experience: For just over $10 a week its ok. Some of the equipment is either getting old & or needs padding recovered. The patrons are all pretty good & friendly except the 2 guys today slamming the weights down that they couldn't even lift properly let alone have good form nor did they wipe the equipment down after using or remove weight plates. Too precious obviously.

Negative experience: Followed the contract to the letter, Reservoir Health & Fitness did not honour their own contract terms and overcharged me anyway. The staff were unhelpful, the payment service provider were rude, there was no resolution and I am left out of pocket after such a poor experience. The gym itself is far from clean, the equipment is starting to wear out, the cost of membership reflects this. However, that means nothing when you are charged unjustly. The employees are lovely and really shouldn't have to put up with the disgruntled customers created by such poor management. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere, anywhere, better.

Fantastic experience: Best place and best gym. I love working out there.

Negative experience: Very disappointed been with this gym from a year and when I asked them Im moving house I have to cancel my membership due to this. I was told the procedure which is 1 month notice and which I gave them. And 18/10/2023 It is exactly one month done but I believe they forgot to cancel it and there was payment deduct from my account so I called them and told them that why I’m paying when your 1 month notice is completed by 18/10/2023 but they didn’t have any answer so they start saying this will be the last payment. As my manager forgot to process it. I told them I’m not going to pay any penny extra as I done everything right from my end. Today they sent me the cancellation email what the furck and I tried calling them now they’re not answering my calls and now it SAYS USER BUSY.. This is really bad, they shouldn’t do this… If you read my review please contact me otherwise I might take legal action about. It’s not all about money but you guys been literally thief here..

Fantastic experience: Just started here as part of my Fitness Passport membership. Have attended Tone, Pilates classes. Great instructors. The length of class is good ( 30 mins Tone, 45 Pilates). Really good workout, small classes, great instructors: clear, checking technique etc, nice space.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym so much! So sad to leave because we are moving. Nikki is amazing and so friendly. We felt a great sense of community here and always had equipment available. A really nice vibe and felt very safe during the early mornings

Fantastic experience: I do there yoga class every Thursday its an amazing beginners and is good for all skills

Positive experience: Equipment is all well maintained and kept clean. There's a good range of equipment and decent space to do your own workout. It's well priced and customer service is prompt (via email and in-person).

Negative experience: Terrible communication. I sent them an email during coved with my intention to cancel and some questions about money coming out of my account the week after they closed for covid. They completely ignored it and are now chasing money a year later for membership that was never used. have provided them my number in emails to talk and they never called.

Negative experience: When I was a member here they kept charging me extra charges that I didn't know about so late payment fees of $2 every time. Just want a gym that you pay casually and just go instead of signing up

Negative experience: When they closed during covid they kept charging me. The only reason I noticed is because my card expired and then I started receiving emails from a debt collector because they couldn't take money out. I won't be stepping foot in this place anymore.

Positive experience: I have good workouts and don't puke on myself 4/5.

Fantastic experience: Great and affordable prices for an equipped and clean gym with all the necessary equipment's. Friendly staffs and helpful staffs. Well known instructors to lead us through the classes. I love it there.

Fantastic experience: Perfect ,clean and it has many equipments .I am sorry for myself why I never checked this gym before.I am happy to find this gym anyway.I joined to many fitness club before.I love this gym,the rate is affordable,all of equipments are clean and new and especially staff is very helpful.One lady namely nicky ,she was too polite and helpful .

Fantastic experience: The new owners have made a concerted effort to turn this place around. Since taking over in February 2018 there has been constant change at Reservoir Health and Fitness. Change for the better. New equipment, more classes and a complete new look for the gym. This place is the best it has ever been. The new owners, although new to the gym industry, are talking to members, and taking on feedback as they constantly strive to make RHF the best it can be

Negative experience: Kicked out within 2 minutes for not having a towel by the owner while most others I saw didn't have towels either, and was still spoken to rudely on return, would recommend that this be the last place you go

Fantastic experience: Amazing value for money! The new equipment and renovations to this gym are awesome. So much variety in what you can do in your work out, it's got everything you need and more. There's a great mix of group fitness classes too. I really like the community here, the members are super friendly and down to earth and there's staff around to answer questions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A complete gym with plenty of equipment from weights to cardio, as well as a big range of group fitness classes available, plus the bathrooms are all new and sparkly! New management are super friendly and really make you feel welcome, they’ve done awesome re-picking this place up and creating a really positive atmosphere to train in.
