Fantastic experience: I signed up at body sculpting & fitness a year ago as I saw they had child minding services. This was exactly what I needed in order to be able to achieve my fitness goals after having a baby. My daughter loves coming with me and playing with the other children upstairs, the girls running the show are fantastic. The gym itself has everything you could ask for, great facilities, friendly staff and the best vibes!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always found going to the gym to be a massive challenge, as I struggle to find the motivation to go and can find myself quite uncomfortable and out of my comfort zone when I’m there. I’ve loved feeling the inclusivity and encouragement from the BSF team and even from other clients/customers at the gym. The classes are great, the equipment is high quality and there is always a helping hand around if needed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome and spacious gym. Heaps of variety and multiple squat racks which is sick. Dedicated space for deadlifting, boxing bags and all that good stuff.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym, love the mini kitchen, love how the treadmills r upstairs so it’s not too loud for the people on machines down stairs. The effort and care put into all the little things like providing free tea bags and coffee, hair ties, deodorant and clips in the bathroom is just too cute. The gym has a great feel to it

Fantastic experience: Place to be! Weights, cardio and classes galore! Friendly team and good facilities, even a crèche for all the mamas keeping fit. Yummy protein shakes and all over good culture and atmosphere in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym I've been to Extremely friendly patrons, excellent equipment and exercise machines Staff are super friendly, are always helpful when asked about nutrition/exercise advice 24hr access, bathrooms always stocked with hygiene items, showers and lockers for bags, couches to chill Big doors are open and fans are on for a breeze which is super nice when its hot Can also fill your bottle up at one of the fountains with ice cold water Super flexible membership options, they also offer 3 days for free within staffed hours I couldn't recommend this gym enough to anyone, regardless of fitness level 10/10

Positive experience: I just finished spending the last two weeks training here. The place has a great vibe, no meat heads just regular everyday people wanting to stay fit. A great range of equipment for a community gym and I really like the 10m/10m no equipment zone. I found myself doing all the warm down exercises I can’t usually do after a weight session. This allowed me to train pain free pretty much everyday. I highly recommend this gym if your on holidays in Torquay and want to maintain your gains. Shout out to Olsen and Jasper for all your support and great job creating such a wonderful oasis away from my in-laws on holidays haha

Great equipment All the right equipment Great spacing between equipment and areas Good music and a great noise level of music so that it's actually a choice to listen to their music or put headphones on and listen to your own at a comfortable level Good mirrors Fantastic "feel" and culture When I came to sign up for a limited time they were very very very easy, quick and reasonable to deal with. Unfortunately I'm only staying nearby at Angelsea for a few weeks. I love lifting in this gym, I wish it was my usual gym... If this was my usual gym I'd spend so much time here I'd finally get swole.

Fantastic experience: Body Sculpting and Fitness is a very well equipped spacious gym with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with experienced and enthusiastic staff members. It has a sauna, supervised child care facilities, and also it is very conveniently located with plenty of private parking space.
