Fitstop Nerang

Fantastic experience: My partner and I started at Fitstop Nerang a couple of months ago with a 3 week trial. We knew immediately after the first week that we had to stay. The community is lovely and welcoming with a diverse demo of people at all levels of fitness. The environment is not intimidating in the slightest, which I have found with some other training gyms. Even though we don’t have kids yet, we love to see how family friendly and considerate they are to accomodate all! The classes, the members and especially the coaches make this place what it is - I am particularly grateful to the manager Maddy and Elliot who are total legends (you will understand when you sign up!!) Couldn't recommend more highly

Fantastic experience: Words cannot even describe how grateful I am to the FS Nerang coaches (both past and present) for their continual support of not just myself, but all their members. It's such a fun and highly supportive environment with so many great classes that are never boring. They also organise so many things outside of the gym sessions like family athletics days, PB and Pizza nights, Christmas parties and then participate in all the big comps such as Hyrox and turf games too! All the previous stock standard gyms I had signed up to don't even compare and I was lucky to maybe stay consistent a tops of 8 weeks. I signed up 3 months postpartum; 9 months down the road and I'm loving every moment I am able to attend and feeling stronger than ever. Thanks team! You're the best

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to start a gym. As a Water polo player I wanted to be more fit and overall be mentally better! I decided to join Fitstop Nerang. Honestly the best decision I have made. It has made me feel so good during the day and I have done things I never thought I could have done before. The trainers are awesome! They have motivated me to push outside my comfort zone and if anything happens they are right there with me the whole time. I think what has made me go 4-5 times and week is the community. Feeling so welcomed straight away and them pushing me to do my best because they know I can do it! Even though sometimes we are doing the workouts individually. We are a team. Always. Sign up! Trust me it is worth it

Fantastic experience: Been at Fitstop Nerang for 3 months. Amazing community, great friends, brilliant events and creative ideas to build the community within. The workouts are pretty good too! Fittest and strongest I've been since having kids over 9 years ago. Trainers are brilliant - KJae, Macca, Stacey and the team really make this place.

Fantastic experience: I love the awesome sense of community these guys have. No matter your fitness level, your past experiences, your age, you are made to feel welcome. You can walk in on your own as a complete stranger then walk out feeling part of something. For me this is a perfect environment for working out in or I would probably given up after a few sessions.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of training in this club for a week while I was on holiday from Melbourne (normally train at Fitstop Northcote in VIC). Mackenzie took me through the sessions and he was an absolute legend - very welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back on future holidays!

Fantastic experience: There truly is no greater community than the one I’ve found at Fitstop Nerang. Had it not been for the coaches passion and support and the genuine welcome and encouragement from the members, I probably would’ve quit after my first week. I’m coming up to my one year anniversary and I’ve smashed my weight loss goals, I’ve become fitter than ever, I’ve gained a confidence I’ve never had before. Most importantly, I’ve adapted to a new lifestyle that I love! I highly recommend this style of training…I love the mental and physical challenge that comes with every session. Fantastic experience: I've been at fitstop the last few months and never have I been able to train with such confidence like I have now. The trainers are so well educated and so raw they care for your well being and check in always! The family environment is the best, being able to bring your kids and not worry. All round it is absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have hit all my goals at this gym! Ive lost weight, lost the aches and pains in my back and knees and even have a bit of physical tone to show. The people and trainers are amazing, the workouts aren't boring and I haven't felt this good in a long time. Even at 40 this gym makes me feel welcome and not like I have to keep up with the rest of the class (even if my brain thinks otherwise). Come give it a go, you won't be disapointed!

Fantastic experience: The fitstop Nerang team has been so great in supporting me on my journey. They are a wealth of great ideas and tips and tricks to keep getting better in my diet, my mobility and my strength. Things that would normally knock me around for months health wise are only impacting me for a couple days. The support that i receive from the team and the fitstop family has been great and helps me keep pushing to be my best.

KJay guided me through an appropriate programme for my age (75) and fitness level making the session great fun, but also very professional. Fantastic experience: I was not into group classes untill I did a trial at Fitstop Nerang and I love it! The trainers are super passionate and motivated, they are constantly paying attention to you, correcting your movements and pushing you to your limit!! The gym is always clean and tidy with is a must
