Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Matraville Recovery Room, and it was an excellent experience. The room is cozy and inviting, with a TV and a selection of books to read while you relax. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and the ice bath, which were perfect for recovery. The recovery boots were also a great addition to the experience. There's even a self-serve tea station, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. If you're looking for a place to unwind and rejuvenate, I highly recommend the Matraville Recovery Room.

Fantastic experience: Just finishing up another F45 Challenge, and it’s been fantastic as always! The workouts are intense and varied, keeping things interesting. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable, and the meal plan was great. I feel much stronger, more energetic, and confident. Fantastic experience: I’ve done many F45 challenges over the last 10 years and this is my first challenge with F45 Matto. Honestly, this has been the best one yet. The coaches regularly checking in, the team banter in the group chat, and the additional challenges via our weekly bingo cards, make it fun while also keeping us motivated to see it to the end of the 8 weeks. A trip for 2 to Bali as a separate incentive also helps a bit Thank you Team Matto! Bring on Week 7!

Fantastic experience: I feel like I’ve found myself again since joining the F45 Matraville 8 week challenge. After having a baby 16 months ago I was finding it hard to make the gym. I was finding it hard to have ME time. Always putting everyone else first and never making time for myself. When this 8 week challenge came up, I knew It was what I needed to stop the excuses and commit to it. Having the flexibility of 5.10am classes (so I can tag team with my partner) and also having a crèche on site as a backup plan if I need it makes for no excuses not to show up. I needed to get into the mindset that it’s ok to put myself first. The challenge is helping me plan my week ahead day by day to avoid not hitting my goals. Once I’ve my plan made I’ve no excuses not to achieve the week ahead. The trainers are supportive and the group chat is FUN. Getting team activities each week on the BINGO cards keeps us on our toes and helps to keep the motivation of the challenge going.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a few years now and it just gets better and better. Brand new gym, awesome trainers AND a sauna, ice bath and recovery boots - what more could you ask for?! I had a lot of misconceptions about f45 and didn’t think it would be the gym for me as I was very overweight after having children. That was not the case, it literally suits anyone and everyone. The trainers are fantastic and the workouts are insane! I love the community vibe and the 5am class is the best for working mums. Love it and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: F45 Matraville is more than a gym, it is a community. I use to hate any form of cardio but now look forward to going and having a laugh all while getting fitter. Fantastic experience: Hands down best workout in South Sydney. F45 Matto keeps things fresh with new challenging workouts every day. The coaches, led by Mel, are fitness superheroes, guiding you through every squat and burpee with loads of encouragement. What sets this place apart is the awesome community vibe – it feels more like joining a tight-knit fitness family or sports team than hitting up your regular gym. If you’re not into group fitness this probably isn’t the place for you but otherwise it’s definitely worth a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I walked through the doors at F45 Matto, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the coaches and my experience has only got better from there. The workouts will suit anyone who's after total body conditioning. The workouts are challenging but they're only 45 minutes long and they change every day. Plus the atmosphere between the members is fun and motivating. Not competitive at all. One of the things I love most about F45 Matto is the sense of community. The vibe between members is lighthearted and fun, and it's like being a part of a fitness family. The trainers are all really experienced at group training. They know how to push you but in a way that is really supportive and encouraging. Whether you're a newbie or a veteran, you'll feel at home straight away. Cleanliness and hygiene is important for me and this studio is immaculate. The bathrooms have been recently renovated. The class schedule is another plus. With a range of class times to choose from, it's easy to fit workouts into my schedule. This community is really kid-friendly; they they run a free creche on-site for mums who need to get a workout in while juggling the kids. F45 Matraville has been a huge improvement in my fitness journey. If you're looking for a fitness studio that delivers results and makes you feel like part of a fitness family look no further. I can't recommend F45 Matto highly enough.

Fantastic experience: After growing bored of my usual gym routine and spin classes, I decided to give F45 a go. I was a bit nervous, thinking it looked a bit intense for me but I immediately realised it is great for everyone, all shapes and sizes. There is a real community feel in Matraville and the instructors are so encouraging. Highly recommend :)
